I came to this salon to get a polish change ONLY & the lady did a horrible job. SUPER CLUMPY!!! And what does she say «when you come back for a refill you’ll feel so refreshed it’ll look better» but why can’t you make it look better rightnow? I have acrylic nails on with a regular polish. And a gel coat on top from my previous set. She charged me $ 7 to take off what wasn’t even a thick layer of gel she said they would still charge me the $ 7 either way it wasn’t the gel color because it’s tough to take off. (I don’t mind the $) I’ll pay as much for good service. But the fact that they’re soooo clumpy is because she didn’t remove the gel off correct. Point is I guess this spots good if you come continuously and know someone that does a good job. Wouldn’t recommend to any of my lady friends.

I absolutely love the service and kindness they have here. To start off all of the employees do an amazing job, but my favorite for full set is nina,&& for pedicure it will have to be Ana. I totally recommend all you out there to give this shop a try sometime.

My favorite new nail salon! Great service. Olivia is very sweet and friendly and I loved my nails! she did them just as I asked. If you want a pedicure, ask for David. He’s great with his hands, he gives an awesome foot massage!

Came here to get a pedicure. The young man did an amazing job getting my ingrown nail out gently. He cleaned my nails well and prices were better than fair.
Will make this my new go to spot, it was a clean facility and bright space. Don’t get manicures, but the pedicures were great.

I love this place. Very clean environment, and everyone is super friendly. I always keep going back. Definitely recommend this nail salon.

Im done going here the service was ok until it came time to pay when where Credit card machine was broken and they blamed it on my card so I had to continue to tell them that there was money on my card I had to give my card to another lovely customer who’s traded me cash for my card! Unless u feel like having to argue with them about gift credit card amounts go somewhere else

I came based off the photos and reviews on Unilocal and I’m glad I ignored the bad reviews. It’s a big, clean place with a huge selection of colors (mostly high end). They are very nice and welcoming. Ask for Sky if you are getting gel, he does a very clean job and is very picky which is great! Very happy with this place and I will be coming back.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because I had an ingrown nail that was successfully removed. Aside from that the woman that did my pedicure cut my cuticle and left it bloody, did a sloppy job with the polish and lightly passed her hands over my legs instead of giving me a massage. She also decided it was a great idea to blow on my toes to help them dry faster! I will not be going back to this place.

I came here when it first opened and wasn’t amazed but thought I’d give it a second chance. Thats when i met Helen, she is the best. Always takes her time and gives you the best pedicure possible! She’s also very nice and talkative making the experience even more enjoyable. This is definitely the best nail salon in the valley! Thank you Helen!

This place takes forever to do anything. Last time. i went to get a pedicure and a full set i was there for 5 hours the lady let the water almost overflow if it wasnt for me telling her. My last visit i didn’t have cash for tip so i put the tip on my card. the lady had the nerve to tell me with attitude to bring cash next time for tip and she got mad because i said i didnt have cash
Some nerve she had. to tip is a choice it is not mandatory. Obviously i will never return nedless to say my nail broke right after i left. Horrible place

I went there at 10:40 am and after me 3 more customers without an appointment then they took me to the massage chair to started the water and I had to ask to apply sanitizer in order to introduce my feet in the water then they start all the other 3 customers after me before me and I had already waiting until 11:20 am then I just asked for a toll to dry my feet and I left they was lie said the other customers had an appointment because I ask all lough to them do you had an appointment they answered to me I front to everyone No so there I proved they was lie. Plus they have in the front of the salon a sign said:
We have the right to refuse services when these is not true legally speaking.
I never will come back thee even if is in the corner of my house and I’m new in the neighborhood. Bad customer services attitude and organization I can’t imagine then the real service and healthy security on my feet.

Came in here because it’s close to my house and the nail salon give been going to for years isn’t. They honestly are very clean, fast, nice and my nails turned out great!
After explaining the specific way I like my nails, they did a great job taking that direction.
I’ll definitely be going back.

Came to this place over the Unilocal reviews and let me tell you all something Idk what it is you see in this place but it is just written wrong all over it this gentlemen did my nails all wrong all un even all making them wider than the other ones just plain freaking horrible, horrible that they couldn’t even seen there own mistakes & they wanted me to pay F that !!! Didn’t even finish filing or putting color told him to stop he couldn’t see his mistakes then I don’t want you to continue then, & then he started arguing with me oh I am done. So they move me to another girl far end I saw the customer doing her nails was coming out side ways yeah no thank you I will not be given you all another chance I am so upset !!!

first time here and i LOVE it here! First, I made an appointment last minute (about 2 hours before I went in) AND I was 15 – 20 minutes late and I still only had to wait 5 minutes to pick my colors. I went in with my sister and 6 month old nephew. My sister got a spa pedicure and I got a spa pedicure along with a full set manicure.
Let me talk about my sister’s pedicure. She is THE pickiest person on the planet, an she said she loved the service she received from Jessica (think that’s her name). She took her time with my sister and cut her toe nails EXACTLY how she wanted them cut, again, my sister is THE pickiest person. 100% satisfied. Not to mention a spa pedicure is only $ 16 and you get your nails cut, cuticles cut, WARM lotion massage, HOT ROCK MASSAGE, and then finally warm towels wrapped around your feet and lower legs. A M A Z I N G.
Now let me talk about my experience. I’ve gotten some pretty awesome pedicures, and this one that I got today was probably the best one EVER. I loved every minute of it. Not to mention, she took her time (about 20 – 25 minutes from start to finish). Sucks I didn’t get her name :(but I do remember what she looks like!
My manicure: ASK. FOR. KEVIN!!! He is the BEST. I always get coffin shape, ALWAYS. I never am satisfied with the shape, they’re always unevenly shaped or too long or to short or they’re all different it’s just always horrible. But this time, they’re perfect. I put my nails together and they’re all the same length and width. They’re amazing.
In total it cost $ 44 for my full set + pedicure (It was $ 5 extra for the coffin shape, or else it would’ve been $ 39, but it was soooo worth it). I gave each person a $ 3 tip. Best $ 50 I’ve ever spent.

Kevin does amazing work! First time in the salon and he was very open to suggestions on how to achieve the look I was going for. Highly recommend this salon to anyone! Also they have a wonderful selection of the better name gel polishes and shellac. Great service and again Kevin is amazing!!!

It took 30 minutes before I was acknowledged, although I didn’t have an appointment a hello would have been a good start. Soon after I had someone working on my nails.
They have an amazing selection in color, it’s a very relaxing atmosphere.
I must admit I’m picky with my nails and they were patient with me and fixed them my way.
I’ll definitely go again.

Started working in Van Nuys about a couple months ago but was too picky about going to any of the nail places around the area. (I worked in Glendale off Brand Blvd before soooo…)
Anyway, saw this place because they had a big banner for the grand opening. So I figured I’d give it a try since my nails were a huge mess. Plus the strip mall it’s located in isn’t that bad and looks fairly new. Walked in and I was amazed at the color selection. And also they had all the Essie and OPI colors I could dream of… prices are great and the staff is really attentive and accommodating. Love the hot stone massage that comes with the pedi. Nice and clean and new. Also they have a large selection of gel nail colors which I’m hooked on. Will keep coming and definitely recommend to anyone else in the area!

This is the cleanest nail spa I’ve ever been too! Every clean and got the best manicure and pedicure i’ve ever gotten! they even used hot stones during the massage!
