An incredibly easy transaction, which is what you’re looking for in a locksmith.
Needed to re-​key all the locks. I called Jeff and setup an appointment for 2:30pm. I also wanted him to replace the bedroom locks and the backyard door lock but I was not sure how much it will cost. To ease my concern, he told me he will come to my place and will suggest what all is needed and how much it will cost. If I don’t like then there will be no charge. WOW, who does that in this day and age? He showed up at my place promptly at 2:30pm with a big smile. He gave me a very good price and didn’t push for any additional items. Everything was installed professionally and in timely manner. Couple of days later I found that one of the lock installed didn’t lock after closing the door. This was due to an issue with the door. I texted Jeff, and he promptly replied and came to fix my door at no charge. My experience with Jeff was he was organized, efficient, honest, and realistic and a total pleasure to do business with. I fully recommended Jeff.

Jeff is great. Found him on Unilocal,Called him and he squeezed us in on his way home in the late afternoon. Changed three locks — and made fun of me for the aftermath of attempting to install a deadbolt and then fixed it, covering up my mess. :-) He’s been in the West Valley for years and I felt like there was no reason at all you couldn’t trust him. Here’s the bottom line: Locksmiths are serious business — they are contributing to your home’s security and your personal safety. They all charge about the same. Jeff was prompt, quick with service, personable, and even gave me a good referral for another home job I need done. I strongly recommend him if you need a locksmith.

Jeff was AWESOME! He answered his own cell the first time I called, and despite being in the middle of a job, he took the time to be nice and get my info. He called back shortly after, and within 2 days the lock that I needed was done. He installed a top-​of-​the-​line deadbolt and made it look seamless… all for a very reasonable & competitive price. He is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Particularly for women, having a male stranger in the house can be tricky, but Jeff put me totally at ease. This is one guy who LOVES HIS JOB!

Jeff responded to my inquiry message quickly and was easy to set an appointment for a move-​in rekeying. He arrived right on time, quickly assessed the current doors and locks and was able to hand me new keys in no time. He even had a bunch of fun key templates to choose from, so my keys have character. Great service. Highly recommend. Responded promptly to my call, did an estimate, made suggestions without trying to upsell and gave me a quote. We agreed on a install date within a day or two so he could order parts. We ended up having to go out of town unexpectedly and he was totally flexible and friendly about it.
His van is equipped with everything he needs and took care of my 5 doors including some new deadbolts within a couple hours. By his efficiency and approach you can tell Jeff has decades of experience. Friendly to boot.
