Half the stalls have either broken knobs on the selector switch or bent nozzles and in my case an inoperable nozzle. Garbage floating around on premises. Terribly maintained.
You’re better off with a bucket of water than this place.

Several stalls don’t have working hoses but there’s no way to know! So you’ll put in your $ 2.50 minimum and realize that the hose isn’t even going to spray your car and the soap brush will only ooze dirty foam. So you move to the next stall and the brush works but the hose doesn’t.
«Hey neighbor in the next stall, is your hose working?»
«Yeah but the brush isn’t.»
Don’t bother. This place needs to be shut down. The owner has clearly given up.

This place is your basic self-​serve car wash with its basic amenities, such as a vacuum and other accessories, but I would strongly bring your own.
Its also to know it now takes regular quarters. It cost $ 2.50 for about 21⁄2 minutes to do your car.
The owner has provided plenty of trash cans to dispose your trash, however sometimes people just don’t use them.
It is a self– serve location. I personally like to do my car my self. Your second biggest investment is your car or truck.
I’ve never have had any issues here, and also its right down the street from LA’s West Valley Police Station. Cash Only.Quarters.

I figured these reviews were a bit over the top, so i decided to still give it a go. Yeah, its bad, and those tokens are not a joke. However, the water pressure is. And so are the 2 vacuum cleaners that actually work. Anyways, ill make sure not to come here again. Maybe i can go to santa monica peer and cash in those tokens for a stuffed animal? FYI anyone who gives this place a 4 star rating or above must be affiliated with this shit hole. Either that, or they have never been to a coin op car wash… waterpreassure my ass.

Wow. I’ve seen some terrible car washes, but this place takes the cake. AVOID.
No ATM. Doesn’t take cards. Doesn’t take TWENTIES. Not all the settings on the car wash machine worked. And the capper, NONE of the vacuums worked. Two different ones just took my money. They all had the vacuum heads ripped offf except one, and that one didn’t work.
Trash everywhere was just the icing on the cake.
DO NOT GO HERE. EVER.

Do not waste you time or money. If you use the coin changer it will give you half in US quarters and the rest in tokens. Is that legal? 2 of the car wash bays were not functioning. 2 of the vacuum stations did not accept money. This is nothing like the song. You can tell that I was not impressed?

Just made my first and last visit. Lousy water pressure, change machine dispenses funny money, everything sucks but the vacuums. Came here because the line was too long at Oxnard & 170. Left with a car that’s still dirty and a pocket full of tokens I can’t use. Serves me right for being impatient, I guess.

This place is basic and very run down. Even for a coin-​op car wash place. They also have this shitty policy of giving you change that is partially in tokens that are only good at the car wash. Lame. I’m there, I’m getting change, odds are I’m going to wash my car and you will get most of the change back.
I’m deducting two stars for the shabby condition, the tokens, and mostly because, at night, this place is dimly lit and looks like a horror show. It doesn’t feel safe at night either.
Best bet: Go during the day when it’s less «Murdery»

Strong powerful water jet! Sudsy soap foam spray! Super clean spot free rinse! Only $ 2.50 for for 4 minutes. Enough time for a quick clean!

I usually like using the coin operated car washes. But this one I will not go to again.
It’s pretty mediocre for a car wash. But my main problem with it is the fact that when you go to get change from the machine it gives you some quarters but mostly these little car wash tokens. Which you can only use for the washing part. When you pull up to get a towel or use the vacuum you don’t have any quarters. You only have these stupid little tokens that none of the other machines take. So you can’t even use the vacuum or get towels to dry your car.
Either only put quarters in your change machine or adjust your other machines to accept those damn tokens you feel you need to give us.
