Just called to get a quote on a new logic board for a MacBook Pro. Guy was rude and short, and quoted me $ 475… MORE than Apple’s bloated charge!

I came in because I had a loud whirring noise from what I thought was an optical drive that wouldn’t recognize discs.
Not only did the capable and considerate technician fix my problems (it turns out I had a bum drive AND a bent fan) in a few hours (almost before I got home and had to come right back to pick it up) but they diagnosed a second glitch to my other fan which they took care of for free because they already had my computer open.
I would highly recommend Zero One Media and the knowledgeable and cool staff (we talked about rock n’ roll while I waited for a preliminary diagnosis as well as computers). They also saved me enough money on this older computer so when I eventually upgrade I’m going to buy my new one (maybe even a couple years old to save more money) from them as well.

my mac laptops hard drive crashed for the 2nd time… i found 0 one media center on Unilocal… and I am glad I did… faster turn around time then the first guy i used… always kept me updated and fixed it very quickly… fair pricing… and my laptop is brand new!

In a day when customer service is conspicuously absent this haven shines bright. They are friendly, helpful, and my repair was done correctly and done quickly. They even carried my computer to my car which shows just how far they go to keep customers coming back. Now I buy all my accessories from them as well.

All I know is that one day I’ll most likely be upgrading to a new Mac and when I do, this is the place I’ll go. Sure I live 100 miles away but I’ve heard too many good things about this place so why waste time?

These guys are Awesome. I got estimates from all the Apple Store recommended places and spoke to everyone about my dead laptop before choosing their business. They had the best questions and answers over the phone. My laptop is better than when I first bought it (used) and even though I was considering buying a brand new Apple next time, I’m actually more comfortable buying good used equipment and having them maintain it for me, I think it’s more cost effective and I get better 1 on 1 answers, even for my most random questions. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends.
