I took over ownership of this business in 2007 and have been working hard to change the reputation of this business. We are an honest and open shop. What a difference a ethical, honest and customer oriented manager can make. I see there are many positive comments for Manny yet that was not our experience. After 4… Yes 4 weeks our Acura was still not fixed. We were bleeding money for a car rental. Manny had all kinds of excuses & begged for our patience yet only called us twice with any information. Our patience ended Monday 12÷30÷13. We called and discovered there was a new manager in town Xander Grant who clearly had many issues dropped in his lap. He apologized profusely & made it his mission to find out exactly what needed to be done to fix our transmission. He did just that. We picked our car up today ¼/14 just 2 days shy of 5 weeks. The owner covered our rental costs and we ended up paying exactly what our contract stipulated.

These guys are masters at bait and switch. They had a super saver offer for 3 oil chanes but what they didn’t tell you is that were going to stop Saturday hours for he winter. So if you work Monday through Friday like I do, your out of luck. The owner, Wayne Clubb, is a total jerk, refusing to offer any type of compensation for my inconvenience and inability to use the «super saver» in the alloted time frame. My advise is to stay away from these guys.
