Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership

OK. I RARELY comment on any business, but I feel I must leave one for Aarons, located at 11 505 4^th Plain, Vancouver, wa. So, I woke up this morning ing to a very full freezer defrosting. So, I begin shopping for a new freezer. NO ONE can deliver until next week, which will be too late for the food I have defrosting. Nor can I pick one up from the store, because all they have are their demo models. Everything has to come from the warehouse. Right about then an Aarons commercial comes on, so I call the nearest store. I spoke with Andy. Initially he said the same thing that the other stores said, until I mentioned the melting food. Andy said…“I don’t have one at my store, but I will call around to the other stores to see what I can do.” He called me back within 5 minutes to tell me he would have one delivered within 2 hours! He was true to his word! 90 minutes later an Aarons truck is sitting in my driveway! Adam and Mike unloaded a freezer and set it up for me. They were nice, personable and professional. They totally saved the day! Thank you. Andy, Adam and Mike from Aarons!

CRAP STORE!!! The manager sucks we have had problems with our mattress sense February and they haven’t done nothing about it. The manager named Stephen or how ever he spells his name is a lazy piece of crap here it’s July and I purposely don’t pay on time anymore because of no response to my mattress. The only time they call is for payment nothing about fixing my mattress problem… I’ll go to rent a center next time WORST AARON’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO
