Alfordable Dental

This place is the worst and if i had any choice in dentists i would never go here.
Lets start off with the fact that there is only one dentist here, a woman that speaks so softly you can hardly heae anything that is being said, and her attitude is horrible on top of that.
Secondly it takes over an hour past your schedualed appointment time to be seen because every time she books 4 + people at the same time… Did i mention she was the ONLY doctor at this office.
Third the disorganization here is absolutly ridiculous, someone who had an appointment time later than me was pulled in to be seen well over 40 minuites before me and then in the back the guy i got my novicaine before he got his novicain (yes i can see him from where i was seated and saw him get it after me) had his teeth filled before mine.
Fourth the staff working the front desk is beyond rude, they dont welcome you, they dont acknowlage you and then when you try to ask them a question they get snippy.
All and all if you have any other choice in dentists i would avoid this place like the plague.

Reading the reviews for this place is comical. I have been there many times and witnessed patients being what normal people call verbally abusive to staff. This place goes above, and beyond to get emergency patients out of pain. Help low income people, and families with there dental needs. They also offer everything the state pays for and everyone knows when it comes to the state they don’t pay to well perhaps the patients should be respectful. If you come here and treat the staff with respect you will get the same in return! I have never had a problem here. I will always refer people to Alfordable Dental!

I’ve been calling them for several days to make an appointment. No one answers the phone. I just get the voice mail every time. So unprofessional.

Never feel welcomed. It’s a nice dental office that is nicely decorated but the front desk service is not the best.

Nobody smiles. Nobody greets you. Nobody introduces themselves. Did I do something wrong when I walked in or is everyone simply a disgruntled robot? They mumble too. Dentist is jittery, defensive, and seems very stressed out because she was actually flailing her arms. Awkward space with an enormous «GOD IS AWESOME» sign paired with Christian music playing non-​stop. Very disorganized. Zero communication skills. Was going to be charged double the quoted amount! If they would have been professional and FRIENDLY, I really would have happily paid for the service to be performed but I am not about to support people who think they can treat their customers so poorly.
Note: Assistant who set me up in the chair and looked at my x-​rays was very nice. :)
