Established in 2009.

Owner/Monica McKay started her career as a Medical Aesthetician in 2007 working with plastic surgeons advancing her aesthetic/skincare career.

She then started working independently for mineral makeup line enhancing her passion for makeup.

Monica then took her career to the next level mastering the skill of permanent makeup and opening her business, designing and creating the perfect brows. liner, and lips for clients.

I just had a touch-up and it was so easy and pain free! It’s been two years since I originally had my permanent eyeliner applied. I was just ready to have it touched up. It was fantastic! I highly recommend Monica for any procedure. She’s very good, professional and highly skilled!

Monica is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was afraid to go to someone new as I have extremely sensitive skin. Being out of town and on holiday having a worse breakout would not have been fun. Monica addressed my concerns and used the right products to make my skin glow. A few days later I went back for her to professionally do my makeup for a wedding I was in. She did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Monica to anyone in need of skincare or makeup. Her place is also very clean and tidy.

I would absolutely give Monica and Allure Cosmetics Five Stars and they are well deserved. I had both upper and lower eye liner and eye brows done. They look PERFECT. Before I had them done I did my homework, and I spoke to Monica on the phone several times. Monica’s office was clean and professional. She assured me during my consultation of the entire process and each that that she would take. Monica was very informative about the entire process, procedure and very detailed about the aftercare so that I would have the best outcome. I was completely comfortable during the entire process and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Monica to do your Permanent makeup, some of my close friends have.
