Ankle and Foot Physicians and Surgeons

I had a referral from my dr. to make an appt. here. When I called they didn’t have all the information they needed. I gave them 3 weeks to get it and when they never called me back, I called them, only to find out they are now not taking new patients. Now I have to start over again from the beginning.

My husband had ankle surgery performed by Dr. Kajgana. Dr. K was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and put my husband at ease regarding the surgery and recovery. The office staff are wonderful and make you feel welcome. We would highly recommend Dr. Kajgana and this facility for any foot or ankle related problems.

Dr. Wenzel and all the office staff are great! I went in thinking I would need surgery on my foot and Dr Wenzel diagnosed and treated it right there in her office! I walked out with a painfree foot after dealing with pain for months. What a relief!

I have a foot ulcer that Dr K has been treating for 3 months. He has never once cleaned or flushed it, which I now know is standard procedure. When it became reinfected (swelling, redness, puss, odor), he would not prescribe antibiotics nor do anything else to alleviate the infection or pain. I finally went to my primary who immediately put me on antibiotics and sent me to a wound care specialist. I am doing much better now and the wound has healed over in 1 week.
I have found a new podiatrist who really seems to know what he is doing.

Dr. Kajanga and Dr. Wenzel are truly fantastic physicians. I went to AFPS with chronic foot pain. (It had previously been diagnosed as «having a callus» by another podiatrist in town.) Due to scheduling problems on my end, I had the opportunity to see both of them on different occasions. After some testing, they determined I had an extremely rare type of tumor throughout the bottom of my foot which they were able to correct with surgery. I AM NOW PAIN FREE!
While I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of care I received, I REALLY appreciated their no BS approach. I was resistant to being off my foot for my entire recovery period but they didn’t mince words. They explained that I could follow their recommendations and likely have a very good outcome or I could ignore them and risk having scar tissue and pain for the rest of my life.

What a GREAT STAFF and an AMAZING, CARING Doctor in Dr. Kajgana. After calling a few similar clinics in this area and finding others that have rude and cold office staff, these folks won me over, and when I got there, they proved their ability to be not only professional but light and humorous as well. This place is something you do not find much of anymore, I can not say enough about the staff and how caring and considerate Dr. Z is. I am so glad I kept calling and checking around. Don’t look any further in this town to find a specialist like this, there are none than can hold a candle to these great folks. I actually look forward to a Doctors appointment at this place in the future.
