This used to be our favorite and it was the best place to get a great steak. Unfortunately the quality of food and service has been sacrificed over the last year since their remodel. Just ordered 2 rare steaks which were way over cooked and so bad. The pub pretzels were over cooked and the cheese sauce was the consistency of water(it’s typically very thick like fondue). The boneless wings tasted liked they were days old. So disappointed another favorite place gone!

We come here often for happy hour. Happy hour food is great and the service is usually great too. Sometime the servers are not as good as the last one. Happy hr prices are fair. The Bloody Mary is very small here and not very good. Appetizers are awesome Highly recommended

Nachos came out soggy, and way more toppings than chips. By the time the waitress came back to check, I was over wanting to ask for more chips. The kids’ meal came with yogurt and it literally had 4 pieces of strawberries on it. Dessert(blondie) was Burnt on the bottom and again, the waitress took too long to come back and check so I just ate it. Felt like I got ripped off.

My family and I have been regulars here, but for the past 5 months or so the restaurant is seriously going down hill. Service is horrible. The two servers worth sitting with are Sarah, and Ryan… the only reasons I even give this place two stars. Nobody else seems capable of correctly taking/delivering an order. Today we tried one last time. We were seated quickly, and took it upon ourselves to order our toddler’s green bean crispers from the computer on our table. The host that seated us brought those out asap. Then we sat for 20 minutes without any contact from a server, manager, or otherwise. We tried the«call server» feature on the little computers numerous times. Nothing. No water for the baby, he started fussing… we asked a passing server for help and were told we just needed to wait. Done. After paying for green beans via the computer thingy… we stood to leave. My husband asked the manager for a «to go box»…he was all too happy to hand one over and dismiss us completely. My husband had to stop him from skipping off to wherever, just to explain that after half an hour now no server had even approached our table… in spite of trying to get someone’s attention. We will not spend another penny here.

Will never return or order car side to go from this location again. Got home and a burger that was ordered was completely raw, absolutely disgusting. Never again.

Well, by the amount of negative reviews I’d have to say I’m one more disgruntled patron of this Applebee’s that probably won’t find much satisfaction in complaining. Last night my wife and I went to out to eat, ending up at this restaurant and glad to be seated so soon. Then the cold wind blew in on our dining experience, literally. Seems they have a corp policy that requires the hostess to open the front door for all those coming in or leaving. Now most people in the Northwest understand the theory of double doors being one that addresses the cold air being kept out by the isolating factor of the«middle room». Well, apparently the Applebee’s management hasn’t gotten around to adhering to this notion of heat saving in the NW winter. I asked the hostess if the opening of the doors was policy and she said yes, she agreed to have us moved to a new table but why? They put an older couple in our previous seats and it looked as though they also noted the cold draft every few minutes, he kept looking at the door for clues as to the source of the cold. Yeah, in the summer this may be taken as a act of kindness, but, in the cold of winter it’s a trade off of one persons comfort for another’s discomfort. For the record, the people who work there are very accommodating and friendly, it’s not their fault that the managers aren’t that bright… Good food, good service, just don’t take any seat by the doors.
