Big Red Box Dumpster Rental

I do not recommend using this company at all, ever! I placed an order for a dumpster for a Monday delivery, which they told me would be delivered between 9−11am. It was not delivered, and with 6 additional phone calls on Monday, promises that it is coming, and with 5 laborer a waiting, the dumpster never arrived. The dumpster was finally delivered on Tuesday morning. At this point, we had ordered 2 dumpsters, due to large haul out, however, once again, the 2^nd dumpster was never delivered on Tuesday. The company explained that they couldn’t reach their dispatch people, and they couldn’t reach delivery people. Seriously! What kind of company is this? This is their business and they could not deliver. Their inadequacy cost me significantly. Don’t use this company, they could negatively impact your business as well. There are other, professional, reliable services to choose from, use them!
