Cascade Day Spa

This spa has an extremely firm cancellation policy about giving them notice…
Today at exactly 11:26 I was called saying they had to cancel my 3:30 appt. four hours notice… twenty short of their own policy. If I had cancelled With that little notice they stated on multiple occasions they’d charge me 52 $. I didn’t even get an apology…
But, emergencies happen, surely they’ll be contrite and really want to work with you for a time that is the best for you, since they’re inconveniencing their client last minute.
No…not at all did that happen. Basically Olga stated the person who was supposed to see me was out and I can be seen during a work week, smack dab in business hours, or I can come in months later… and «beyond that I can’t really help you» actual quote she said.
I did purchase a groupon for here and thought it sounded like a good deal… Naturally at this point I regret purchasing it and wish I could just get my money back and go elsewhere. However, in March, assuming I am not cancelled on again… I’ll edit this and let you know how it goes.
Currently, I can only say If you would like to be cancelled on hours before your first visit by an extremely rude, and unhelpful staff member, you have found your place!

I got a massage from Autumn as a birthday gift. The place is really nicely decorated and clean, which is something I seek from a place I’m going to be massaged in. Good ambiance to help with relaxation. Everyone is friendly and not annoying. The room I was in was clean and pretty. Autumn is sweet and soothing and may keep a conversation if you want. She gave a very firm massage and I’m still a little sore in the shoulders where she worked out a few knots. I fell asleep halfway through but that just means I was relaxed!

Received a gift card and used it here for a two hour massage with Autumn. She was truly exceptional, she adjusted her technique immediately to the feedback I provided, and alternated as I requested between deep tissue and relaxation for different areas. She was also very considerate and discrete — respectful of whether I wanted to talk or just enjoy the session quietly. Also the place itself was very clean, nicely decorated and private, no noise distractions during the session. I highly recommend her and the place. Adriana

My body was really tense and I desperately needed a massage. I looked at Groupon for deals and Cascade Day Spa happened to pop up. Since the reviews on Unilocal appeared promising, I decided to give it a shot. I am so glad I did. I can’t remember who my massage therapist was that day, but I asked for firm full body massage. The Groupon deal was for an hour. I enjoyed every bit of it and left very relaxed. I would certainly come back again!

I have never been disappointed with a trip to Cascade Day Spa. They provide excellent customer service! Julianna listens to my concerns du jour and helps me to feel better. She knows exactly where I’m holding stress and helps it to go away! I’m grateful to have found Cascade Day Spa! I had to book out the next few months to make sure I get MY time slot since other people have found her too!

I’m getting ready to go film American Ninja Warrior and have been «trial&error» with looking for a masseuse. My boyfriend finally found someone who was able to make my tired and sore body feel back to normal. Autumn Olstad, is phenomenal.
She listened to my needs and totally fulfilled them. I went back 2 weeks later for another massage from Autumn and it was even better then the first one. She’s awesome-​a must try

I have been going to Tamara for years for eyebrow waxing and facials, and I couldn’t recommend her more! She is extremely talented, detail oriented and genuinely cares about all of her clients. This is by far my most favorite spa she has worked at, too. Very nice, laid back staff.

Autumn is awesome! I booked a last minute massage, hoping I’d get lucky and find a therapist that could RELAX & RELIEVE some tension and pain in my right shoulder blade and neck. She did just that and more! She is very personable and and has great skills.
I have another appointment scheduled for next week and I’m already looking forward to it!!!

I went and got Brazilians by Tamera for over a year. I absolutely loved her. She would ask me if I needed a break and was professional the entire time. We would chat as I was getting waxed and she would remember what I told her at my last visit. The atmosphere of the spa was great and I highly recommend going there. The only reason I don’t is because I moved to Illinois, but my mom still goes there.

What a great place! I absolutely love getting facials here! Very knowledgeable staff, you know you are in good hands when specialist take the time to really get to know you. I definitely recommend Cascade Day Spa to everyone I know. Inna Medlock is one of the best! :-)

Just had my first massage with Autumn today. My wife has also seen her twice now. Being a Chiropractor, I am experienced with massage and let’s just say I’ve had quite a few. Autumn is fantastic. I told her the two areas where I tend to hurt the most, and in addition to giving those areas a good work over, she worked all the other tight spots as well. Didn’t miss a knot.

Autumn was my massage therapist. and let me tell you, I didn’t feel any weight on my shoulders at all after the massage. I told her i felt like someone was sitting on my shoulders and now that person had gone thanks to her massage LOL. But she’s done such a great job.
I had a groupon, but they also had a deal that if you book your next massage with them, they’ll keep the same price as in the groupon. YAY!!!
one small feedback is I wish the oil aroma in the room can be a bit stronger (maybe I personally like the menthol aroma :-))

What a nice experience! I’ve had waxes where I was shaking and others that were not so great, so I was a little apprehensive. I went there based on the reviews — thank goodness! Tamara was knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. She made sure my experience was as pleasant s possible. I will be going back again.

Like Tiffany, I took a chance on Casscade Day Spa with a Groupon and loved it! I was having major hamstring issues from running and needed a good, deep-​tissue, therapeutic massage, and that’s exactly what I got from Michelle C. I liked it enough to make a second appointment, and am going back for my third massage in a couple weeks! They also have tea and water in the waiting room :)

I took a chance on Cascade Day Spa when I purchased a groupon for waxing… I’ve been going back ever since! Tamara is fantastic! A wonderful esthetician with friendly, warm personality. She does very thorough work and always makes sure her client is comfortable. Their staff is knowledgeable about massage/​waxing techniques and all the products and services they offer. There’s ample incentive to come in, as they run monthly specials and even give discounts for customer referrals and liking them on facebook. Call Lily to make an appointment!

Didn’t like the fact that when I needed to be checked out by the front desk, the man at the front counter was on a personal phone call, speaking in russian, not even acknowledging that I was waiting for him. I feel like if the person is supposed to be working the front desk, they shouldn’t be making personal phone calls, especially when they have clients waiting to pay for the service. The massage therapist did not go deep enough, and cut my massage short so I basically paid for a very light massage. I don’t think I would come back here. They don’t really seem to be invested in what the client wants.

I recently bought a package of microderms off of groupon. I came in and saw Tamara. She is fantastic, very warm and great at what she does. She makes you feel very comfortable and my skin always looked and felt wonderful.
The spa itself is great, super nice people and they were always accommodating even when I had to cancel last minute because of my hectic schedule.
Can’t wait to go back soon!

Bought a groupon for a massage. Scheduled an appointment and one day later I was in a waiting room that seemed a bit sterile and cold like a dentists waiting room. Also payment was taken care of at the end rather than beforehand which im used to. Payment should be settled before because we all know we feel like mush after a good hour rubdown. That was my only complaint. After that it was pure heaven.
My massage was with Jennifer and she definitely knew her stuff. She asked questions before and listened carefully as I explained what I was looking for. The whole time she was very courteous and professional and an all around lovely person. Extremely talented in finding knots and problem areas. The room itself was very clean and appointed nicely and also had nice relaxing music playing the whole time. I’ve been to places where the music was a terrible choice for massages or no music at all. Also there was no hot towel at the end but i did not feel oily or greasy afterwards and didnt even need one. Probably one of the best massages I’ve received in a very long time and would highly recommend.
