The customer service from this place is fantastic. Couldn’t be better. They treat you with respect and always try to work with you on payment arrangements. I’ve been behind more than a few times and they did everything they could do to help me not just shut me off which is good considering it’s not like we could go with another option. Comcast should take lessons from these people. I love that they are 24⁄7 available by phone.

I’ve enjoyed very reliable(and cheap) power from Clark Public for as long as I can remember. My review however is based on an incident that happened and affected some commercial equipment at my work. Late one evening I received and alarm from our electrical equipment at our building. Something was wrong, but not a total failure. After researching the issue we isolate it as a utility issue and I called Clark Public Utilities. This was 10:30pm, I called and got a person right away who was knowledgeable about the issue and informed me it was repaired at 10:29PM(which matched our records and the alarm resolving). She also offered to find more details about the issue if I wanted. This amazed me. Calling somewhere for service, not queuing forever in a phone system AND talking to someone late at night who knew about the issue and could articulate whats going on? AMAZING! I had my doubts when I first called, but Clark Public does an amazing job, both in this instance AND in always communicating events to their customers.
