Specialties
Class Cooking teaches hands on cooking classes for people of all skill levels. I teach small classes with personalized menus for privet classes and I offer monthly group classes on my web site. I also cater small events, at our winery Burnt Bridge Cellars up to 45 people. I help my clients design individualized menus to make there events unique and delicious.
History
Established in 2005.
I have been teaching cooking classes and catering for 12 years. I spent several years living and cooking in Spain. Learning about and appreciating Mediterranean food. Spanish Tapas are my most requested cooking class and catering menu.

I have always enjoyed cooking and started culinary school in 1993. I did several internships in the Portland OR. and Vancouver WA. area. We moved to Barcelona Spain in 1995 before finishing my culinary program, but continued with another internship in Barcelona. I also started teaching cooking classes to other expats while living in Spain. I loved teaching cooking while abroad and continued when we returned to the States.
