Colleen L Fox, MD

Dr. Fox is a rarity these days. Shes personable and listens. She sees my mom and sister and came highly recommended. I admire her bedside manners and have a high level of trust in her care. She is great at putting one at ease and you know she has your best interest at all times. Her nurse Lynn has been with her for a long time and she’s equally as amazing. I’ve received personal calls from both after various appts and just feel so well taken care of. Thank you ladies!

An angel in a doctor’s coat. This woman saved my life. Literally. When a very unsympathetic and disbelieving jerk at SW Washington Medical Center’s emergency room chided me as if I was just being silly, and it turned out that the jerk was wrong and that I was in serious danger, Dr Fox just happened to be on call. Something so horrible and scary that had been made worse by the nasty doctor was suddenly smoothed over as much as could be by Dr Fox’s kind words and gentle touch, and she was the one the next day to come and personally check on me and just talk with me about all that had happened. After that night, she became my doctor and always, always talked straight while putting me at ease. I would see her again in a heartbeat if my insurance allowed or if I lived closer.
Dr Fox is a special woman who happens to be a great doctor, too.
