I have returned twice since my first visit to the 192nd St location, and I am a bit disappointed with the customer service. They were not busy both times, and both times, I was not greeted. The second time, I was the only person in the store, and there was still no contact.
In my opinion, I think the very least anyone can do is offer help, and if I don’t need it, then they can get back to whatever they need to do.
I just think a smile and a greeting can go a long way toward a person’s shopping experience.

My favorite consignment shop! Its warm and inviting, the employees are friendly, selection is great, and prices are unbeatable! I have both shopped and consigned here and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have a children’s area that is gated so that parent’s can shop while their little one (s) play. Everything is good quality and in good condition. I highly recommend this place!

Just in town for the week visiting family and heard about this store from friends in the area.
I literally ran in and ran out and found exactly what I was looking for in less than 5 minutes! If I’d taken more time, I’m sure I could have done more damage. For under $ 30, I got two pairs of shoes (one pair of new NIkes), 2 pairs of 2 pc pj’s, 1 pair of Childrens Place Pants, 2 Children’s Place skirts, on Petit Bebe robe and some t-​shirts. Fantastic! I will definately come back when I’m back in town!
