The Management here stinks… there very… very misunderstanding when an accident happens in an apartment!!! People move out of here faster than they move in!!! They know have required people to sign a month to month lease or a yearly lease just to keep people from moving!!! If I were you and looking for some place to move to I would by-​pass this place for your own good!!! There are so many nicer places out here in Hazel Dell than Hazel Dell Ridge Apts. I moved here in 1996 and should have moved out in 1997 or 1998 at the most. My neighbor just had a leak in her bathroom that’s leaked down into the bottom apt. Management is not taking to kindly to it… That’s what I mean about being not understanding. I lived in Rolling Creak Apt. And they were so much nicer! Look into those or any others out here or else where!
