Home Instead Senior Care was founded in 1994 in Omaha, Nebraska to serve the needs of seniors and their families. The franchise serving Clark County, WA opened in 2003.

Business Owner

Julie Williams is the President and Owner of Home Instead Senior Care serving Vancouver, WA. Originally from Seattle, Julie moved to Vancouver in 1996. She has a background in marketing and consulting and loved helping small and medium size businesses succeed in an ever-​changing business market. When Julie learned of Home Instead Senior Care, she was impressed with their commitment to seniors, caregivers, and their franchise network. Her own experience of being a caregiver for her Auntie Ollie, who was much like a grandmother to her, greatly influenced her decision to pursue a career in this industry. She is committed to educating folks on the issues facing Clark County with the upcoming «Age Wave», as well as brainstorming with community leaders on ways we can make changes to provide better care and choices for families and their senior loved ones with regard to eldercare and aging issues.
