This place doesn’t deserve a star. The servers can’t seem to follow through with what they say. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and quality of food.

A chain restaurant and that’s what you should expect. The place was packed when we went and they seemed to really struggle to get people at tables even though there were empty tables all over the place.

Friendly service, great selection on menu for breakfast and reasonable prices! Omelets are great and you can even customize one! Many create-a-combo choices for breakfast or dinner

Won’t be returning to this IHOP ever again. Hostess was horrible, didn’t acknowledge us, didn’t offer a high chair for our one year old, not word other than«this way». The waitress was nicer, but service was ssslllooowww. Food was not up to par… super greasy, my french toast was missing the caramel sauce, everything was pretty yuck. We just wanted to get out of there so we didn’t say anything, it would have taken even longer to correct. When we got home both my wife and I were sick to our stomachs, I got it worse and wound up being up all night sick. I can’t say with 100% surety that our IHOP meals are what made us sick, but suffice it to say we will not be returning for multiple reasons.

Hello my name is sapphire I’m speaking on behalf of my friend Sean Kennedy. We tried the chicken strips and fries this Hallows eve and were quite not impressed :(the fries were few, and the strips were subpar to a warm temperature. Sadly, we will not be back.

I hop in Vancouver is cute. It’s entrance faces the door but the parking lot and spaces are behind so everyone using the parking lot has to walk all the way around to find the entrance. The inside is smaller than most IHOPs.

So we just came back from eating in this restaurant and honestly since the moment we got in there was a stinky smell it was so strong that it almost made me leave right away, i was so hungry and that’s why i stayed but it was so uncomfortable to be eating there! It was like they washed their carpet and stayed wet for way too long! The food was good, but im wondering if i would go back though!

Yeah… so the service here sucks! We got in the door and couldn’t even get our name on the list! Then someone else walked up right next to us and the host Lee put their name on the list right away! So dumb. I can completely understand if you are busy but it only takes two seconds to say«be right with you» and acknowledge we were standing in front of your stand. We just left. If this is what their service is like just to get in the door I doubt the rest of their service would have been any better.

The front worker had a terrible attitude and was rude when we asked if someone could help us with our check she gave us an attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

They have good food and nice employees but they are kind of slow and the music they play makes me think of being on hold with the bank or stuck in an elevator. So if you’re not trying to fall asleep before your food gets to your table make sure you bring someone to talk to(:

I’m in love with IHOP because it has never failed me at all times of the day or night. The most pleasant human ever named Logan C works here and he was extremely friendly and attentive to all of my friends needs. THEREARESOMANYOPTIONSANDLOGANWILLBRINGYOUALLOFTHEMIFYOUARESOINCLINEDTOORDERTHEM

Last time I went with the family, the wait wasn’t long at all. Ordered my food and got it in a timely matter. Had a good time there. Can’t go wrong with this place.

All you can eat pancakes are an exceptionally cheap and easy method for me to eat an uncomfortable amount of food without breaking the bank during these tough times 5⁄5

I love living in Vancouver, Washington, but if I have one complaint about it that is not political in nature it would be a lack of late night spots. Yes, true, Vancouver is not as hip and happening as Portland but the nice thing we don’t try to be, we cross the river for that. Sometimes though, we are out late and we get the urge to get a bite. When this happens we do have the option of IHOP, where we can get breakfast anytime and that is hip and happening, Vancouver style. Yes, sometimes the service has been slow, but it has never been unfriendly here for us and I’ll forgive slow as long as my server is in a civil mood. It is impossible to staff a restaurant based on when you think a late night rush may happen so yeah sometimes it is up to the patrons to be a little forgiving. The food is pretty much always right on here. They have yet to mess up our orders and the restrooms are always clean. When we have had to wait it has not been for very long. So rejoice Vancouver, there is a viable late night option that isn’t a bar or a Mexican joint(not that there is anything wrong with that) and it has rippin’ good hash browns and eggs.

The food was okay but the waitress was top notch! Very polite woman. We were there very late so there weren’t very many guests but we noticed that this woman kept constantly busy and she was VERY thorough in her cleaning. We appreciated that since we don’t see that much attention to detail very often.

I guess we go a the right time cause we really haven’t had any bad service here. The last time we went was for my husbands birthday and it was a last minute thought. Our server was incredibly nice and attentive. Granted we were one table of maybe 15 at the time. We had a few visits where coffee wasn’t kept up on but seriously that is my only complaint thus far. Avoid on mothers day etc because it will be a mad house!

Great food, horrible service. We have been here 3 times in the past few months and each time we have had the same waitress, Debbie P. She is rude and makes us feel unwelcome, as if we are always bothering her. Very unfriendly person. I would like to eat there again because the food is good and it is close to home. However, I am tired of being seated in Debbie’s section and am wondering if the rest of the staff is as cold as she is.

This place was so dissapointing! The food gross, cold! The international house of pancakes, Huh? Well my pancakes were horrible, they were doughy and cold then when I went to put butter on them the better was frozen, since the pancakes were so cold my butter didn’t have a chance of melting anyways. My wife’s omelet was undercooked and tasted very gross, cold and one slice of the avocado had the skin left on it! It took them 30 minutes on top of all that to serve us our HORRIBLEFOOD! The service was terrible and the waitress was very rude! We didn’t leave a tip at all and even ask for a comment card but they didn’t have any! Ha! of course most places that know they suck usually don’t have comment cards. We DONOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACEATALL! We will never come to this place again!
