Lavish Nails

I had been going to another nail salon for years but had recently realized they never took care of cuticles and the last time I got a pedi I had asked to take care of my ingrown toenail but the tech did nothing. So I decided to go to Lavish nails. What a difference. I didn’t even have to say anything about my cuticles and I have been there twice now with both times being done by different techs and both times they had done a great job. The prices are much better also.

Luna is a delight and my go to gal when I am looking for a new and creative nail design, it’s always an exciting experience seeing what she will come up with next. She gives amazing massages and she takes her time.
There are some techs I prefer to avoid however if there is ever an issue I have been able to express it with my tech and get assistance from others to get what I am looking for.
I also have had a fantastic experience with getting my eyebrows reshaped here as well and continue to go back to Lavish nails as my go to salon in Vancouver.

This is my second visit to this salon. The first for a pedicure with the works (sugar scrub, paraffin dip, aromatherapy and polish) this time for a facial waxing. Friendly staff and attentive to your requests. Very reasonable. Thanks to Susie and Heidi.

This place is great. The customer service is above reproach and the quality of work is amazing. My nails look and feel amazing. I will be recommending this salon to friends and family.

My first time here. I went here because of other Unilocal reviews. I’m glad I did. Sandy was very sweet and friendly when greeting my daughter’s and I. Cindie did a great job on my nails shaped them exactly how I asked, she was fast too. Jennifer waxed my daughter’s and my eyebrows. She did a beautiful job. Gave us both a nice shape. She has a good eye. We were pleased with our first visit. Very friendly staff. The inside was very clean and I thought it was decorated really cute.

I have been looking for a nail place since I moved to Vancouver a couple of months ago. I tried two places before going to Lavish. Sandy did my shellac mani and it lasted and looked great for 2 weeks. I have always had to get another mani within 10 days but not anymore. I have been 3 times and I do not intend on going anywhere else. Excellent manicure and excellent customer service!

My sister and I walked in for a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure today and wow was I pleasantly surprised! As soon as we walked in were greeted by friendly staff, and they accommodated us into their schedule with clients with appointments. My pedicure was AH-​mazing. My technician gave the best foot and calf massage followed by paraffin wax and hot stone massage. The polish was bubble free and pretty. I do wish they had some more updated polish colors, but they did have a lot of gel polish colors. My sisters gel manicure turned out beautifully as well. We will definitely be back!

Good experience. Nice staff, all very friendly, interacted with the customers well. Knew almost everyone that walked in the door, remembering locals, which is cute to see. My gal did a thorough job on my toes. They were having a special for a ‘delux pedicure’ (including all the basics plus exfoliating scrub, hot stone massage, and foot wax for $ 25). I tipped a little, so it was $ 30 in the end. Not bad! Massage chairs worked well and I was able to sit in the drying lights for as long as I liked (pending someone was not waiting I suppose). Felt relaxed and enjoyed my get-​a-​way from mama in toddler-​land… pretty toes and soft feet as a result!

We set up mani and pedi appointments for 4 of us and they did an amazing job of letting us all sit together and talk while we had our pedis. Very kind, very skilled, and very clean! We are so impressed and will be back again!

By far the best customer service I’ve experienced with a salon. I booked an appointment two days before heading in and on the day of the appointment, a huge traffic jam had me stuck on the highway & even though I called in advance to let them know I’d be late, it started to sink in that I’d probably make it just moments before the place closed. I get there about 30 minutes before closing while the last few folks were finishing up manicures and cleaning up shop, but they were kind enough to stay open just long enough for me to squeeze in. I’m absolutely grateful for the service and appreciate the willingness to accommodate me right before a holiday weekend. this place is the best!

Under new management. Went back there recently with my mom to treat her. I paid for two mani pedis. We both received half effort jobs. My toes definitely needed another coat but my cuticles were in pain I wanted to just get it over with. Massages were weak. My mom felt very uncomfortable as the girl she had didn’t want to do a full effort job. Mom had to keep telling her she was missing spots that needed polish. So the girl gave her attitude. So disappointed! Need to find a new regular place.
This isnt the warm friendly regular place it used to be.

This is my second time coming here and I have to say that I LOVE it!!! I came back to Luna the second time because she was super sweet, patient and did her job very well. I am impressed by her level of creativity and thoroughness. I feel so relaxed when I come here, it’s worth it. I got acrylics and a regular pedi done this time :)

I was going to give them two stars, however when I got home and looked & felt the bottom of my feet I was disgusted. Firstly, my feet were FILTHY! It looked as though they were never even cleaned! I went right home and didn’t even walk around. 2^nd-​the bottoms of both feet were still very very rough and I had to finish buffing them myself. I went there since all I saw was great reviews on Unilocal.I must have gotten the new girl cause she did a lackluster job. Well you’ve lost my business. I was looking to find a new salon and this one is not it!

I am so excited, I found my new favorite Nail, place. These girls are so fun, super chatty, happy and nice. I asked for a manicure I saw on Pinterest, not only had the girl seen it on Pinterest herself — she absolutely NAILED IT!

I used to go here when it was Annie’s Nails and always had a great experience. I went in last Thursday for a gel mani. I felt like it was rushed and I said I wanted to keep the length of my nails and they got filed down so short and the shapes were all uneven. Then the polish peeled off 4 days later. Every single nail lifted. I called because a gel mani should last longer then 4 days and they said to come back in. They put me with a girl who did the worst paint job I’ve ever seen on my nails. The polish was uneven, the edges weren’t clean and it was sloppy. Needless to say it’s been 2 days and 4 of my nails are lifted.
I’ve had gel on my nails for a while and never had this problem. Needless to say I won’t be returning and I’ll find a salon that takes their time.
They get two stars for attempting to fix their mistake even tho they clearly didn’t care too much.

We made an appointment for 4 and they accommodated all of us right away.
All of the requests I had, the lovely lady went ahead and did it! She spoke english, and communication is the number one thing I look for.
First time having matte nails and I love it. Good work, girls!

I love coming here. The employees are nice and friendly. They will talk and joke with you, they remember who you are. They always do a great job whether it’s a full set, manicure or pedicure. Great prices for their services. I’ve never had a problem with their work and will continue to come here.

Nice place for a gel manicure. Lots of color options which is always a plus. Sandy the owner is too cute. Quick, fun to talk to, and thorough.
