I would have liked to give a more thorough review, but unfortunately, after spending 2.5 hours at the school, my normal 3 year old, who has been in daycare for 2 ½ years, was sent home because his behavior was «bad» and they would not accept him. He has never had behavior issues and had thrived in his previous daycare. Apparently the staff at this school define «bad» behavior by his refusal to transition from playing legos to another activity and concurrently, being upset when they forced him to quit the activity he was engaged. After a move to a new house and to a new daycare, my hope was that my toddler’s transition would be made easier by caring professionals, but this was not the case. Incidentally, he has done very well at Grace Lutheran Daycare on Mill Plain.
