Although she is friendly, inexpensive, and speedy, I have to comment you get what you pay for. I had my wedding dress altered and needed a corset added. Instead I got a cheap satin insert with a row of added buttons and a roll of ribbon. I was instructed to thread the ribbon around the buttons for a corset. WHAT? Ultimately, we frantically attempted to follow the instructions but of course it wouldn’t work. Instead, I ended up with six destroyed buttons, and a prayer no one would take pictures of the horrid looking back. Further, the sewing needle left in the dress was a nice surprise that left a nice scratch and blood on the back of my gown. In the end we made it through the wedding with this being the only fiasco. Guess it could have been worse.

A year ago I got my wedding dress altered here as well as all the bridesmaids dresses and last month had some jeans hemmed. Family and friends have also since gone to Loose Threads in the last year. 0 complaints, she does a wonderful job! AND great prices. I will be back again I am sure of it.
