i came in with a very out of the ordinary project and they helped me out quite a bit. they went out of their way to help and advise me. even as far as telling me things i didnt need to spend money on when they easily could have charged me for it. i will definitely be going back

I was recommended to this place by another car stereo installation place that said that NBA does great work at affordable prices.
I went there and spoke with Jorge who seemed to be very knowledgeable. I have a power amp and sub I wanted to add to my newly acquired BMW 525. HE assessed the situation, gave me a very reasonable quote for the amp installation and said that the Sub box containing 1-​JL 10 would get lost in this car since the car insulation is so good. (meaning I really wouldn’t be able to hear it)
He offered to make a custom panel on the rear deck that would look factory and being that I wanted a musical sound from my subs (I am a musician and listen to jazz, funk, blues), he was sure that this would be an optimum setup for me, using free air subs and still maximizing my trunk space.
The cost was about $ 700 for the custom work, including the subs and about another $ 100 for the amp installation. This is cheap for this quality and amount of work!
I am super impressed by the work quality as well as the sound quality. I would recommend NBA highly as these guys really know their stuff and won’t steer you wrong.

I brought in a recently purchased used Mercedes to have its aftermarket stereo wiring looked at; a prior owner had installed a JVC stereo and wired it improperly. Within seconds of arriving, Mr. Jorge Granados greeted me and asked what he could do, and I explained my problem. He took a look at the stereo, confirmed my problem and told met that it was likely mis-​wired, quoting me a modest $ 20 to fix the wires. After opening it up, his staff found that the wiring was done with household screw-​type connectors, instead of more appropriate connectors for car stereos. They offered to either fix it with the existing connectors or to upgrade it to proper connections, and I agreed to let them fix it all the way, for $ 25 more.
The work was done correctly, within a few minutes and while I waited. The staff were professional, courteous, and willing to work with me.
The staff also noticed that I had a Bluetooth capable phone and made suggestions about upgrading the stereo to a relatively inexpensive Pioneer which would allow me to stream music and make phone calls while driving. I found their advice very helpful, and they weren’t pushy about buying a new radio, which I greatly appreciated.
So 1) the prices were reasonable for the services performed; 2) the service was quick and friendly; 3) they did the work right; and 4) no high pressure sales pitches. Really, you can’t ask for more than that. I’ll probably go back next month and get that Pioneer radio, because I had such a good experience this first time.

My BMW X5 was a unique problem and Jorge was able to make it work and it was NOT expensive. Car Toys wanted almost $ 200 for the same work. Quick and honest and I appreciate it.

If your looking for a place that WON’T return your call’s (even though your vehicle is sitting in their garage… Then go here! If your looking for a place that will sell you on something that you do not want… Then go here!
When it all comes down to it, the people here are not wise guys with attitudes, but they are not in the business of giving you what you want, in fact, they might even tell you that your ideas about decking out YOUR VEHICLE IS STUPID!!! At least that’s what they told me, several days after I left my Denali XLT there. The deal breaker was not being able to get black carpet. Even if it was gonna cost $ 700! And by the way… Never call any idea STUPID or STUPID LOOKIN! Its just bad for biz, and street credibility. Especially when your invoicing $ 1800.00 of work. Good luck with the NBA market! We’re sure they’ll be calling you guys soon.
P.S Warren C. which team do you play for, cause I looked for you on some rosters and can’t find you. My point is… none of us are NBA players, and since we aren’t that means that us regular guys are the bread and butter for this car shack. At least your experience was wwwwaaaaayyyy better than mine.
