Established in 1999.

Led by Gail Haskett, MA, CMC, a master’s level gerontologist, our team of geriatric care managers, registered nurses, and certified nursing assistants offer companionship, personal care, medication management, nursing care, hospice support services, and much more.

Business Owner

Gail Haskett, MA, CMC, is the Founder and President of Northwest Healthcare and Aging Resources. She is a masters level gerontologist, nationally certified care manager, certified age-​in-​place specialist, and professional aging consultant. She is a licensed nursing home administrator, and a member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers, the American Society on Aging, and the National Guardianship Association.

Over her career, Gail has been involved in a number of elder service areas including the development of three hospice centers, the founder of two retirement communities, and has owned a number of businesses related to senior services. She has been the consultant on a number of projects nationally, including home care services for Cedar Sinai.

Gail was invited to present her views on aging at the American Society on Aging international conference and the National Guardianship Association, as well as a number of other organizations. She has taught at the Universit
