List of Cons of living at Parc Central. Keely Mitchell must work there (no wait she was the neighbor who had people show up at my door at 4am), because every resident Ive ever talked to hates it. Nobody is happy.
1) Now charging $ 25 parking fee, regardless of what your lease says.
2) Constantly changes fees, Regardless of what your lease says. Ex. Charges extra late fees, changes the garbage fees (even if there is a flat rate fee in your LEASE)
3) Frequent water shut off (sometimes all day, bad if you have kids)
4) Laundry Facilities cost an arm and a leg and frequently break and flood.
5) I have caught them throwing YOUR mail away
6) Leasing Agent Jessica Lynch is a party animal and a peeping tom. She will open your door without your consent and give you some BS reason. Or call with some BS reason for Madrona ridge to invade your house (also dustin is not an employee of madrona ridge, dont let them fool you)
7) Parking is terrible and they tow for absolutely no reason.
8)Meth dealer in building E50 (cops frequent the place)
9) Unruly kids … Screaming obscenities and assaulting other nonviolent kids (yes leasing agents kid is one of them, but hey they work for a corporation. So rules do not apply to them)
10) Multiple workers from Madrona Ridge peeping in your window.
11) Transients and weird people constantly roaming the complex. In the park, talking to little kids.
12) Pedophiles living there
13) Madrona Ridge does NOT care about you or your family. You are money to them. They approve just about anybody … The leasing agents gets paid bank and bonuses of your desperation and despair. Anybody who has lived there is not happy. People are willing to break their lease to get out of there.

Been here for last 6 to 7 months and we hate this place .
Parking sucks, should no let people move in if apartments are not finish remodeled .
Cut my water 2 to 4 times with such a short notice .

I have lived here for 3 months and I really love it. It is close to the freeway, and I can get almost anywhere in the Portland/​Vancouver area in about 20 minutes (minus traffic of course). Inside the apartment is lovely and quaint, all appliances are up to date and work well, and cabinetry, lights, floors and doors are pleasant colors/​layout and rooms warm up quickly with the heaters (and private water heater, which I love! No cold showers!) The leasing agents are both super nice and helpful, and happily deal with me when I order a bunch of things online (they store my deliveries at the office and save me a trip to the post office– so cool!) The maintenance guy is super polite and quick about getting anything that needs to be fixed done. Parking is decent, the only complaint Id have is the dead cars that take up the street parking when I get home at 4am, but there’s always spots during the day and evenings. Laundry facilities all work, a quarter machine would perfect it! I really like living here, it feels like a safe community and has everything I need, including my kitty! (:
