What I consumed: I was a loyal patient for over 6 years at this clinic
Environment: Chaotic at times. Many low income clients
Service: The people checking you in are nice enough but the billing department is terrible!
Appearance: typical low income clinic
Overall: I am a former nurse that gave over 8 years of my life to this organization taking care of patients only to have them send me to collection over a $ 40 outstanding balance.
This whole organization has gone downhill since Peace Health took over. They used to be about patient centered care, now they only care about squeezing every drop of cash they can out of you! If I could rate this organization 0 stars I would not recommend going there if respectable healthcare is important to you and your family!
