This location is also a Sprint store. They have a partial array of what a Radio Shack might have. I was looking for RS stuff originally. I have a Sprint phone, so when I actually stopped in, I wanted to look at one that I am interested in. I wanted to check out the camera and features. But when I asked about the phone and camera, the employee took pics and showed them to me. I reached for the phone and it was pulled away. Ummm, okay. Now perhaps if I was a teenager or inappropriately dressed or something, but even then, seriously if I can’t check out the $ 600 phone before I buy it, you can keep it. I left quite quickly after that after telling my husband I was no longer interested in a new phone. I will never return to your store. I am a professional woman and have been a Sprint customer for at least 15 years. Thank goodness most Sprint stores are not like this one. Go somewhere else.

I swung by on a Saturday night to get a fuse for my photographic lights. The Radio Shack employee walked me over to their fuse drawer and found the right fuse for me. It doesn’t get much better than this – getting personal assistance, getting the right item, and getting out to get work done. When you need a specialized item, stores like Radio Shack are invaluable. Finding this store, with its helpful staff, is a joy.

Late on a Saturday evening, phone is in and out of service, getting super frustrated! We stop in Radio Shack and manager Brady gets it all fixed up and re registered in minutes, even calling another store to arrange for a part I needed. Phone working like new! Great service, friendly people, this is what it looks and sounds like when done well.
