I’m very happy with Renew Carpet Cleaning, they do a great job getting all the stains out and always seem to make even very worn carpets look great again. I manage two apartment complexes in SE Portland.
Today, Donovan was very proactive today when I called in for water extraction needed they came right away and since it was a ground floor unit he also checked to see if water had entered the unit beside it! I wouldn’t even think that it would enter that unit but it was starting to so he solved a problem before it got worse! I honestly feel like we are cared about as customers with this company and not just another paycheck towards them.

Renew Carpet Cleaning is the best in the Northwest! I have used these guys several times since moving here from California! I have 2 dogs and had a lot of pet stains and the job they do is always amazing! Patrick is the best he took his time and was so nice and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this place to anyone!
