Sending two of your solicitors out to our neighborhood at 8pm in the middle of January does not bode well for gaining customers; especially when they make it sound as if they are being «neighborly», but only looking for a sale. Please find different tactics for building your customer base.

As an update: apparently when you leave a poor review, your business finally matters. They have called me 2−3x a day leaving messages for me to call them back about my review. Guess what, it wont be changing because you bully me about it.

These guys suck balls. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE… When I went to cancel the rep got angry and hung up on me! WTF! For one, the presentation was extremely long, it’s only a damm roof my god. Second, over kill on the installation.
Never take the first bid! These guys wanted over $ 6000 to do a 660
, REALLY! other roofers estimate was about $ 2000 to $ 3000.
KEEP SHOPPING AROUND PEOPLE!!!

The lengthy sales presentation was all about how great Reve Exteriors is, their experience, training, certification, the quality GAF products they use and so on. In the 3 ½ hour sales pitch there was no mention the job would be turned over to a subcontractor, so it was a surprise when the workers showed up in a truck with another roofing company name on it. I now believe Reve Exteriors doesn’t actually have their own work crews, they use subcontractors for all their jobs. I rate the quality of the craftsmanship at 3.5 out of 5 stars, maybe 4 at best. I was told I would get the best quality possible. I was told in the sales pitch I could discuss with the workers how I wanted things done, however I couldn’t do that because the workers didn’t speak English. I wasn’t satisfied with the way some things were done, for the price I was expecting better. No follow up by the company. However the end result is the roof looks fine.

My door was ugly and uninviting, Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Our new door beautiful & efficient, just puts the finishing touches to our house. My eight-​year-​old daughter says it looks like a mansion now!
Next up on my Reve todo list is my windows. Can’t wait!

Had windows installed by this company with very few hiccups… but in the end they made everything right!!!

I’m not one to be easily impressed by sales people/​companies, but, Reve definitely left a great impression.
First of all, I hate having people knock on my door. 99% of the time, they’re pushy, annoying, and I can’t wait to close the door. However, a gentleman from this company knocked on my door and actually had my attention. He was dressed nicely (shirt buttoned and tucked in), used full sentences, and didn’t try to speed talk his way through a canned speech. He asked questions and actually listened to the answers! That was a breath of fresh air!
The salesman who came to my house for my appointment showed up on time, was very polite, dressed like a professional, and wasn’t pushy. He gave us time to talk about options and he answered what seemed like a million questions for us. The financing they offer was a huge plus and the salesman was knowledgeable about the options.
Now, as impressed as I was with the Reve employees I interacted with, that doesn’t even touch how floored I am with the finished product! The roof and gutters look incredible!!! I’m looking forward to having my parents’ roof done by them soon.
