Just had lunch there with my sister… And I must say the food was AWESOME… The staff was polite and knowledgeable… I highly recommend this place…

I’ve gotten takeout here several times and tried a few different things. Very consistent, and very reasonable prices considering the amount of food and the quality.

Food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. I like my BBQ to be flavorful without sauce, and this wasn’t. To their credit, the meat was cooked great, everything was tender. But it had no flavor, I had to put sauce on everything. The sauce was good though. The bacon cheese fries were great! Interesting chipotle ranch sauce comes with it… tasty! Not bad prices, but not great food

Great pulled pork sandwich. The sauces they have are equally as good. I am a fan of the coleslaw because its not to sweet. I look forward to going back to try the ribs.

While we like this restaurant, we will not be returning. We joined their club and receive offers occasionally for anniversary, etc. Recently we received an offer for BOGO ribs. Upon arrival and ordering, we were told we must PRINT the offer(they will not accept the bar code which is sent to you). Really? Who doesn’t accept that nowadays? I asked to speak to the manager and our waitress told us she would ask but didn’t think he would do it. Then she changed her mind and said she wasn’t going to ask. I saw the manager and decided to ask myself, because being a small business owner, I know that keeping a customer is pretty important and felt sure he would be accommodating. NOPE. He said. «You do realize this is a $ 17.00 coupon?» Yes. I realize that. I also realize that you make a pretty good profit on that $ 17 and my party of four today would probably cover more than that. Do YOU realize you have lost the business of an extended family who frequently patronizes your business? I hope that $ 17.00 coupon was worth the many, many, many times I and my extended family/friends have dined here. Why, oh why do business owners have to be so petty and not realize that their pettiness costs them so much more in goodwill? Too bad. Server’s attitude was very poor and manager/owner’s even poorer. I see from other reviews they have gotten prettier/cheaper regarding charging for an extra pat of butter or salad dressing. Probably won’t be long before they shut their doors.

Been here twice and have been underwhelmed both times. The sides aren’t great my brisket was fatty and dry. My dad loves the place so we’ll be back. I hope to find something better on the menu in the future, but so far not a fsn.

My boyfriend and his family are huge fans of good barbecue and I am a fan of a good deal. At Rib City you get both and quality service. Almost every time we go in we are seated within 2 minutes of arriving and we’ve never been dissatisfied by quality or portions(which are just right to generous). The one time we did have to wait to be seated we had a larger party on a Holiday and even then they were accommodating to our needs including some food allergies. I highly reccomend the sweet tea and the baby babies where my boyfriend is a big fan of the many different types of ribs available.

As usual great food, if you haven’t tried this place, now is the time. It is their 10th anniversary and they have a special for $ 10. Robs, two sides, garlic toast, and chicken, pork, or beef. On thru the 6th or uth of October

The owner and staff are amazing! My family and I have eaten there over a dozen times and really enjoy the food. My personal favorite is the skyscraper sandwich. Give them a try, you’ll be happy you did.

Rib City deserves a better review than my first. My family and I come here A LOT(almost a dozen check-ins). Why do we come here? Simple. The food is REALLY good, the prices are more than reasonable, and EVERYBODY in my family, including my three incredibly picky sons and gluten-free wife, has lots of different menu items the love to eat. It is also telling when a thought like, «I REALLY have to get back to Rib City» pops into one’s head a few days after the visit. The staff here is also amazingly friendly and personable. We’re greeted right away each time we come, and the wait staff remembers us. It is really incredibly nice when other waitresses(who are not our waitress for the evening) stop by to say«Hello» and see how we’re doing. A new menu item since our first few visits is smoked then deep-fried chicken wings. These are unbeatable… SERIOUSLY delicious! The sauces and dressings are made in-house, and the spicy ranch is seriously addictive. Why not five stars? I’d give four and a half if I could, but Unilocal doesn’t permit it. I’ve had barbecue in Texas that is literally otherworldly, the kind of food one obsesses over and plans trips for just to be able to taste it again. That is five-star barbecue. Is Rib City as good as the best I’ve had in Texas? No, but it is REALLY good. Definitely give Rib City a go! It is clearly worth the drive into WA from Damascus, Oregon.

So I’ve been going here basically since it opened and have thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. The food is amazing. I almost always do the ribs, pure fall off the bone deliciousness that’s amazingly affordable considering I would give it quite possibly the best ribs around. My wife and I live close to great food in Portland but this place draws us all the time. Not only is it great food, but it had great pricing for what you get. Nowhere else can I find a rack for under twenty bucks, let alone with sides. Beyond the food is the service. Both my wife and I now work odd hours so we don’t get out all that often. That being said we make it to Rib City not too often and our usual orders are known and we are treated fully with kind respect. Superb, enjoyable service all the way, all the time. What really made me write this review today however was the owner. There was a nice young lady that came in there today while we were eating an early dinner. She was by herself and just wanted to sit and not eat. She was seated, given water and seemed distraught. The owner came up to her, sat down, and started a conversation with her. Sitting close I was able to hear the conversation. He was so nice to her and she stated that she had ran away from home on her birthday because of a fight. Not only was he able to get the number and information for where she had left, he did this all while giving her a piece of cake and without making her feel uncomfortable or as if she was losing any independence. This kind act brought a tear to our eyes. I loved this place before, but this just proved how it’s not just great food, it’s great people. With how this place is I do think it will be a long lasting staple of the area. I sure do hope so.

My husbands and my favorite bbq place in town. I havent had a bad experience with the food or staff during the 10 years or so that ive been eating here. My favorites are the pulled pork sandwich and baby backs! The price is not so bad either.

Service was outstanding! This place is not lacking in the service department. My friends steak tasted as if it could have been frozen previously. Everything just seemed to be lacking flavor.

We LOVE this place. We go there often but not religiously and still the servers know us, are friendly and remember what we like to order. The ribs fall off the bone and the bbq sauce is just the right mix of sweet and savory. It’s a little inconspicuous in a boring typical Vancouver strip mall and the décor is a little tacky, but it’s fantastic and very well priced. The beer is always fresh, ribs fast and delicious and servers/host(ess)s with nice warm inviting smiles(low turnover, we see the same people so it seems they treat their employees well). Check em out!

Meat, meat, meat. Yum. At very reasonable prices, at least at lunch hour. It’s a great place to go with the family. The pork and chicken(I had dark) were cooked perfectly, though some of the people I was with complained that the chicken breasts were dry. Others I was with really enjoyed the ribs, and the side dishes were good too.

Well, the ribs finally showed up. The baked potatoes were wrong, and the garlic toast sucked, but I did get some ribs. Not a happy camper. Owner of the franchise stopped by and did try to make things better. Good guy and trying hard

Holy balls this place is great. It’s not easy finding good bbq in this area but I LOVE this place. Great sauce and great selection of southern items. It’s not cheap but you spend what you’d expect to for great food. Awesome! Was driving by and stopped in. So glad I found this place!

Morgan, Thank you for taking the time to read my Unilocal review. I think it’s very important for business to hear and see what people are saying about them. You asked me how I heard about your restaurant, I have lived in East Vancover for 24 years. I spotted your restaurant, while out running errands in town. However, we have only been a customer at your restaurant for about a year. But we look forward to coming for several more!
