I needed a specific part for my cedar fence which had recently been installed by another company recommended by my builder. That company did not use gate handles so after one of our gorge wind Camas wind storms, I bought some at Lutz Hardware. That helped but I still needed something to keep the gate from slamming shut so called Ricks. The guy on the phone was very helpful with finding a solution so I went by and made a purchase. I ended up returning since I decided to go with a wood post and latch installed by builder, but the guy who did the return was just as nice. Thanks guys!
