Round Table Pizza

Terrible customer service. Always have to wait extreme amounts of time for food and the employees just stand around. Would think they would be a little bit quicker considering they were slow and their machines were down so we had to use cash.

I’m writing this review after having a birthday party here this afternoon. Love the pizza, no problem there, location is easy to get to, the party room is nice, easy to do what we want with, and fairly priced (basically 3 xl pizzas which is you’re filling the room is nominal) great video game room next to it for the kids, a ticket exchange counter with prizes, food besides pizza and Salad bar. All of that I’d have given 5 stars. In fact, you’re supposed to get the room for 2 hrs but since nobody was in there before us, the girl I reserved the room with was really nice to let us go in an hour early to decorate, that was really awesome.
However. What floors me is this.
We were not greeted. Nobody, literally nobody spoke to us or came into the room other than to deliver pizza. Not to make sure we weren’t tearing it down lol, or see if we wanted to order, or buy more pizza. We decided on water, in pitchers, requested twice, never brought.
That’s just crazy to me. How do you not even say hello?
Back to the water. They charge $ 1.50 for kids soda. Refillable yes, but after cake and candy and the candy token machine they have, 16 kids under age 8 do not need refillable soda. You can’t buy a pitcher. Or a 2 liter. So, water it is. But you can buy beer for $ 5. All of the adults were scratching our heads. But oh well.
All in all, what really should have been a 5 star review has to be a 3, not for bad customer service, but for having ZERO Customer Service. You know we spent as much, if not more on those game tokens as we did on pizza…

Rude phone service, but I expect to get a decent amount of sauce when I pay over 20 dollars for a pizza.

My favorite pizza in town. Don’t have it delivered. It takes forever. They have updated the inside and it looks good. I think they are working at getting their system down better. Every time I go in there is something a little off on my order but they are very quick and friendly to fix.

This is the best round table I have ever been to the The Meat marvel was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean! They are very quick to help you as well they also have big-​screen TVs and all of the NFL games are free to watch on Sunday. They have a kids area with games so bring your family. They do have a nice bar that you can set at as well with many on tap selections. There’s not many places in Vancouver of all of these amenities and it’s so easy to get to!

The last time we were there was before the remodel. Look better, food Is good, but they forgot the
when they did the remodel. They were We dirty and smelled. Also suggest shades for the south facing windows.

It breaks my heart to have to give round table a bad review because my family and I have gone here for some time but these past few visits have just broke the straw for me. We aren’t too picky, we ask for no tomato on our burger but always get it anyway, and when we come to pick up our pizza (we get carryout) it’s always cold… The guy on the phone as well is never too friendly especially today he sighed when I asked if I could get onion rings instead of fries. The girl that works there when we picked up the order seems nice and the overall quality is a good ⁶⁄₁₀. The price isn’t bad as I always have coupons on hand but unsure if I will continue to go.

Pizza was great but when we first got there we waiting for 10 min just standing there to order while none of the staff greeted us or helped us so we almost left. Then it was a bit pricy. No bread sticks at the salad bar or enough dressing. The salad bar looked very sad. All the tables were still dirty and not cleaned so thank goodness there was one table available… Idk if we will come back to this round table the one off 78^th in hazel dell is much better all around.

The inside décor of this place is phenomenal! A little bar, nice tables, games for kids!
Ordered the Chicken Garlic Pizza & Wings. Both were excellent! Will be back!

The restaurant —
Since the remodel the place looks great, nice open space, lots of flat screens with football (sunday) new «bar“style spot to get beer. and new video games, that aren’t actually video games but rather ticket dispensing challenge games. they don’t take quarters but rather tokens that end up costing .25 each. then trade in the tickets for bowling alley type Chinese crap. ie plastic slinkeys, plastic army men and gummy type candy that never expires.
The Food–
the reason people go out to eat. Round table has always been my favorite chain brand, a little costly for what it is but better then fast food style carry out from let’s say dominoes or pizza hut. We ordered a extra large pepperoni. hard to screw that up.
But they kinda did, but only kinda. the kid brought out a large and explained that they temporarily ran out of the extra large crust, and will bring out a small very shortly. Wich they did, and to be fair the large was the perfect size cus my family of 4 decimated the entire pie, minus one slice. so the small they brought out was immediately put in a box for left overs.
The Experience
The parking lot was full! indicating that either people never car pool, or this is a popular place again. this is/​was our first time back here since THE MUCH NEEDED REMODLE. the place looks great! my wife immediately snatched up one of the new raised tables by some flat screen tvs. the table needed a wipe down but the kid was on it really quickly. No-​one was stationed at the front counter where, ya know, most people order pizza from. but the «bar tender» was more then happy to take my order. extra large pep. 4 cups, and a side of mozzarella sticks. The Cherry Pepsi was out and was not refilled since we were there. I had mtn dew, it worked just fine. wife had dr.pepper. kid had orange crush, and grandma had pepsi. no complaints on drinks other then my #1 choice was out.
They could of definitely benefited from having 2 more staff members, one for front counter and one for the kids to exchange tickets for stuff.
over all good food and drink, I will return. maybe evey 1 – 2 months.

Staying here visiting some area sights and this place was nearby, so we thought with limited options we’d give it a shot. The pizza was decent, but the second half of our simple order of breadsticks and sauce never appeared. When we informed our waitress, we were essentially laughed off in perfect English: «we don’t do those no more.» What? I informed her that we paid for them, so she disappeared again, presumably to get a missed order started, only to never return. I proceeded to the kitchen, where they were still trying to figure it out, twenty minutes later. Simply horrible.

Well the beer was good and cold. On the other hand just came in for an appetizer and got the 8 piece boneless wings. The wings were a glorified McDonald’s chicken nuggets with hot sauce. I won’t get those again

The Round Table was recently updated to a Pub style motif from typical pizza joint. I have to say I approve of the changes for the most part. This location has always been underrated in my opinion because the staff has always been very helpful and the salad bar is excellent. One large draw to this location are two large party rooms making it a destination for youth sports teams.
In the remodel as I walked in I was devastated initially to see the big salad bar was gone, replaced by a beer bar. It didn’t take long to notice that a smaller salad bar was installed by the buffet area. I went over to check it out before ordering and was happy to see that most of my favorite things were still there, so I was happy. The floors are now a wood laminate which lends to a much more Pub feel. Other Pub additions besides beer and décor are a new menu of hamburgers and expended Buffalo Wing sauce choices. The arcade was expanded as well, complete with tickets spitting out for the kiddies to collect and trade for toys. When I saw this I was afraid they were going for a Chuck E. Cheese feel but luckily that was not the case.
For a large chain I will make a bold statement of the large chain options Round Table has the best quality pizza available. There, I said it, and I stand by it. Between the staff, the pizza, the menu and newly remodeled bathrooms that were in dire need of change I have to say that they took a good place and made it much, much better.
We were there yesterday for The Tax Deduction’s (I refer to my son as the Tax Deduction) basketball team end of season party with the Wife, The Mom and The Mother In Law, and I have to say we had a ball. We adults were at a table eating our salads, waiting for the pizza talking with each other and other team parents while the kids were in the arcade and it was really relaxed and fun.
Here is what I was not thrilled about. The price of the salad bar, the downsized salad bar was $ 5.99 for one trip or with a meal and $ 6.99 a la carte. You downsized it and left the price the same, attention management, knock off a buck please. Soda selection was large, lots of spigots but only one diet beverage option, there used to be two.
Handicapped access was excellent, two parking spots near the door, big wide doors and super smooth floors, lots of room to maneuver a walker or knee scooter. A solid A– only because the parking lot is rough and need repaving.

We saw that this place has been remodeled so the boys talked me in to trying it one more time. I am pleasantly surprised. Inside looks (and smells) so much better. The employees look (and smell) better too! Hehe
Much better atmosphere, cleaner by far and just a better experience all around. Glad to see they cleaned up the place. It was needed. We WILL be back! :)

Not great but they have a good burger. Pizza is less than average. I did have a decent burger I would come back for. It’s also pretty good for kids.

Ordered online for a 2 hour future pick up. Arrived right on time and they couldn’t find my order. The employee then proceeded to tell me I didn’t do it right and I showed him my email confirmation. He then remembered that order and panicked to put it in. 30 minutes later and I am still waiting for my pizza. No apologies and a 2 $ discount… Customer service is not their strength.

I love the pizza. Just don’t order for delivery driver doesn’t speak English very well and management doesn’t care my pizza took over 60 min I live less than a half mile away.

Horrible. I ordered a triple play extra cheese then this girl brought it to us and I said this pizzas not right she said then take it up to the counter. I then picked it up hot pan and all and sure enough wrong. One lady said go ahead if you want and start this while we remake the correct one then this Hispanic lady grabs it then said you want us to remake it I said yes. She grabbed it and walked away. My family and I were super excited to go because the remodel. I think we truly will never come here again. This happen 2÷7÷15 at 630 pm.

The salad bar is always fresh and cold. Well stocked, too. (I’m GF, and they don’t offer a GF crust so it’s only salad for me at this location). The employees have always been friendly, and well groomed. The bathroom smells funny and could use an update.
The tables, however, are ALWAYS dirty. We come here for lunch at least 2 to 3 times a month and every single time it is like this. The employees are standing around chatting… And there are 12 of the 14 booth tables that are dirty and littered with plates and empty cups from earlier customers. I don’t mean people who just left, either… The tables were like this when we walked in and were still like that an hour later when we walked out.
But… Since there are so few options close to my office for a good salad bar I will continue to come here as long as the quality of that doesn’t change.

Yikes! The pizza prices are insanely high, so you have to REALLY like their pizza to shell out that kind of dough. (see what i did there?)
We decided on the pizza-​less salad bar as it was slightly more affordable and we had just left the gym. They offer spinach and romaine, which I appreciate. The toppings selection was mediocre and all the bins had at least 5 pieces of something that didn’t belong. It was a complete mess. The salad meats smelled rotten, the dressings runny, and the lettuce wilty. Perhaps it looks more appealing during a busier time of day, but I was certainly not impressed and will not be returning.
