This place needs to learn some customer service and how to make cappuccinos correctly. The cappuccino was all milk and boiling hot. It doesn’t seem like they have any real baristas in this location it’s just a bunch of women from Vancouver who need jobs. There were five or six employees working and it took them several minutes to process two or three orders. Super hot drinks burnt our tongues. Inattentive staff left milk on Steamer too long

This location is great. I’ve come quite a few times to study and do homework and I love that it isn’t super busy. The baristas are really sweet too!

I am a regular Starbucks customer and this is by far the worst one in the area. The espresso often tastes burnt and my drink rarely tastes like it’s supposed to. Also the barista’s are often times in a bad mood and aren’t very friendly.

Needs cleaning and shelves to be stocked. Cardboard boxes everywhere. Other than that it is was OK. I would like to see Vancouver WA step it up a little bit when it comes to effort towards a nice customer experience.

Forgot my tea, didn’t bother to ask what I had ordered when I inquired and kept yelling out the wrong order and glaring at me when I didn’t pick it up off the bar. Good thing I mainly just needed to use the WiFi on a Sunday. Apart from the Los Angeles airport Starbucks, this is probably the worst service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks. Normally I hate Starbucks. But the employees here are super friendly and super nice and I’ve been in there like 2 times and they already know who I am. It’s the greatest. I am impressed! ANDDD PUMPKINSPICELATTE I LOVEYOUUUUUUUUUUUU

I am not a Starbucks hater. I try my very best to support the mom-and-pop stands, the places with charisma and cute little puns in their names. But, like every other coffee drinker, I want my double tall vanilla latte to taste like a double tall vanilla latte… Every.Single.Time. And Starbucks has never let me down in that area. But I’ve been betrayed… that’s right, I’m talking to you, Starbucks on Mill Plain. What is WRONG with you? I’ve given you opportunity after opportunity to redeem yourself. The only thing that you’ve been consistent in is disappointing me. Too much vanilla, not enough vanilla, and I swear that you once served me a cup of microwaved milk mixed with Folgers. Then there was that time I waited for 15 minutes in your atrociously designed drive-thru before I could order and after I pulled out into traffic I took a sip only to find it was room temperature. That was rad… and by rad I mean totally sucky. The last straw was the other day when I ordered my usual, took a sip before I left the drive-thru(learned my lesson on that one), and found that 1) it was cold 2) had no vanilla. When I asked you to please fix did you smile and say«Sure, sorry about that.» Nope. You actually argued with me and said that this is what I had ordered. Seriously. So congratulations, you have earned yourself my very first one-star review.
