Cindy represents the company well though owner and installers fall short of what we thought the company would be. Lack of professionalism (aggressive vocally, little concern for customer concerns and/​or complaints) job site manners (smoking), and more concerned about getting the job done quickly (rather than doing a good job). The owner doesn’t take constructive criticism well; he gets rude than angry. He also allows damaged material to be used; when kindly confronted he became aggressive and showed very little concern. He did however correct the issue, though only after persisting to get it resolved. We don’t normally do reviews though we felt it important to inform the public that you maybe let down by this company.
