Jana B.
Business Owner
Jana is a personal trainer who is dedicated to provide quality fitness and nutrition coaching that is specialized for each client. Whatever your goals are, she will educate, coach, and encourage you to reach them and beyond. With a background in education, Jana is skilled at connecting with people in a way that motivates and will make it easy for you to learn and see results. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She also has a bachelor’s degree in physical education and health. Jana maintains her edge by constantly staying on top of current research and best practices in the health, fitness and nutrition world. Learning from her own struggles and triumphs gives her lots of compassion and greater insight into how the human body works and responds to physical training and nutrition adjustments. You will be encouraged, supported, and challenged to attain a healthier body that feels and looks great!
