I called all over trying to get my daughter in for an MRI of her ankle during a time when she wouldn’t have to miss school. No one would help me because we didn’t have insurance authorization yet even though I had the order in hand. Van Rad said come on in and let’s see what we can do. They called another patient, asked if they could adjust their time just by 20 minutes and BAM… There it is. Old school customer service where the company actually cares.

My wife needed x-rays for a knee injury and her doctor’s office referred her here. When she came in, she was told that it would be a 45 minute wait. Instead of waiting, she opted to make an appointment later at 4:00PM. When she returned at 4:00, she was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Apparently, they don’t understand what appointments are.
