This dealership really sucks. I called the parts department to find out if my part came in. The guy told me its already in. I drove there for 45 mint just to realize it’s not. Such a waist of my time. They can’t event check the computer to figure out such a simple think.

Just bought a third car from Maplecrest as the lease on our MKX was up. Ended up in a great MKC this time and again we had a great experience. I keep updating our great experiences because of why I use Unilocal.I use it to get a feel of a business before I use them whether a restaurant or maybe something more important. I was taken back by some of the negative reviews given how they have taken the stress out of buying a car for us. All I can say is once again Billy was a great salesperson and Nuno in finance made it a smooth deal and it felt totally fair. Yes buying a car felt like a fair deal ! If looking for a Ford or Lincoln give them a shot !!!

I found a used truck online through a third party site and submitted to get more info. Someone from Maplecrest Ford called me and said that the truck had been sold but she would try to get me into something else. Mind you the truck was $ 1012 she sent me a truck for sale for $ 11 000 and told me they could finance me… thats not what I wanted and explained this and asked them to not call again… three days later and I am getting called four times a day by the same person. I asked them to stop calling me and it doesnt… so annoyed

So at the urging of several of Maplecrest employees who kept calling my house, I gave this place another chance. The salesperson was very friendly, so plus there. The renovations make the place look much more pleasant. However, like most dealerships the prices on used cars are ridiculously high. If shopping for a used vehicle, go elsewhere.

Well let me start off that this is not my typical auto dealership review, I am used to your typical scammers and drowning in the trench of deception. Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is a breath of crisp clean air with fresh morning dew, the whole buying experience was smooth and the staff is very informative. I was in the market for a new car but needed all wheel drive for the rough winters we have been having in New Jersey the past few years yet had to have smooth riding luxury with balls under the hood. They put me behind the wheel of the new Lincoln MKZ awd and I was surprisingly amazed, I have been a Jaguar man for the last 10 years and made the change, this car has the ride quality, fit and finish that makes me proud to be an American. When it comes to pricing they cant be touched!!! They are very open and honest and (for the first time ever) left with no migraine headaches and a sense of refreshment. An honor to be graced by a fine establishment.

Started of good with decent customer service but when I went to pick up the car I was buying it all went downhill.
I was told to put 1k down for the 4k car plus taxes and that yes they will finance it everything is good to go and then when I went to sign the papers they told me they couldn’t do 4k because bank will only finance minimum of 6k. Would of been great if they would of told me that from the start instead of wasting mine and there time. So since the bank wouldn’t finance the 3 thousand the bumped the price to 6 thousand.

Stay away from these people! They can’t even get my phone number out of their system and keep calling me, asking for Tariq! I swear to God, I am still not Tariq! This has been going on for months, and every time they assure me that my number will be deleted, and I will not be called again, and I need not worry. And then I am called again. Sometimes in the same day. I’m never allowed to speak with a manager or anyone in charge in anyway. I would not trust these people with the purchase of an air freshener. Stay far, far away.

Incredibly gracious, helpful and informative personnel. The sales folks are eager to make the experience at Lincoln very pleasant. Leasing a new Lincoln (and making the jump from another Luxury Brand) was super easy. They’re forthcoming and eager to please!

We just bought a used 2013 ford explorer and had a great experience! Our sales guy Matt Barocas was absolutely amazing! He knew a lot about the car we were looking at and was able to tell us all about the features the car had to offer. We have been to several other dealerships prior and almost bought a car yesterday, but walked out after getting frustrated with the staff. Matt made the experience easy and there was no back and forth with finance guys. The only time we personally had to interact with the finance guy was when we signed our papers. The facility is clean and has waters on the table. Large tvs are located throughout the show room the bathrooms are clean as well. We had a great experience buying our car and would cone back in the future if we ever needed another car.
Update: just some advice.. take a look around your car before you leave. Got home and realized they damaged our back bumper when they took it for cleaning and fuel. We saw the guy driving around the lot like an ass hole but we were so excited to finally have the keys we didn’t think to do one last walk around. Plus I guarantee they would have claimed it was there prior to which we know it wasn’t. The only damage to the car was the outer part of the mirror which they refused to fix and wouldn’t give any money off either.

Had a great overall experience with this dealership! We leased a Ford Edge and stopped in on 3 separate occasions while making our decision, each time we met with Billy. He was nice, honest and not pushy. I would highly recommend him!
I do have to mention, we were given price during one visit which did not include the additional cost of the fees and taxes; make sure you are clear on exactly what any price given includes. However, when we made our final decision Marc the manager (he was not the manager who didn’t include the taxes and fees) was very forth coming with all numbers and we left happy with the overall experience.
***The car and the service were the best we found in the area, we had been to several different dealerships and Ford Maplecrest provided us with the best experience each time we visited!***

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Maplecrest for 5 years, since we bought our 2 cars from here.
My recent encounter at Maplecrest has made me question the service and accuracy I receive.
I brought my car in for a seal like barking sound and service checked it and said it was the front bearing and charged me $ 508 to repair this.
Theresa told us that he heard the noise and they would fix it. She later called and told me that I needed a whole new back end of my car. Service had already fixed the front bearing when they told me about this extra $ 2000+ job to fix my back end. Having another mechanic we’ve used in the past at this same maplecrest Ford shop also looked at my suv. He told me that the back end was fine and does not need to be replaced.
I brought my car back 3 more times for the noise. Each time Theresa was rude and would tell me what the problem was before calling the mechanic over.
Since I brought my car in for the «noise» and it turns out it was my brakes and roders, the nose had stopped. It does not seem that maplecrest needed to replace my front bearing, but charged me for something I didnt need done.
I dont like that Theresa kept trying to tell me what was wrong without looking at my vehicle and for giving me a hard time each day I did want to bring it in to be looked at.
Strongly concerned about the work that Maplecrest does on my vehicle and not sure I’m going to be returning now.

I was contacted By Jen Miller in light of my previous review. She apologized and looked into the matter. And to her credit she tried to make things right however I have already decided to take my business, as well as any future business of my family and friends elsewhere. The crass advice one of your service reps gave me as I walked out the door will be taken to heart. It’s really a shame that out of all the money that was spent renovating your facilities none of it seems to have been invested in the employees that are essentially your brand ambassadors. I went out of my way to be a patron at your establishment. I did not deserve to be treated as a miscreant to be shooed away because apparently the service department manager was going to «flip out» when he hears about a customer getting a loaner car. But then again I may just have gotten the vibe of the moment wrong as it seemed like I was just disrupting the end of day exodus in the department. I mean who really needs to be bothered taking care of that one last customer when you have technicians complaining about cars being on their «damn» lift for too long.
I truly hope that this review is taken to heart. That this outlines exactly what a customer sees and notices when he or she walks in the door. Time is the most precious commodity in the world and mine was utterly wasted.

Don’t go here period. Review is regarding service side. They treat you like garbage. I came first thing in the morning stood at the counter for 10 minutes before one of there 7 people behind the counter asked me for help. Then was told I needed an appointment to get service. They blow. Sorry I ever came here.

This dealer had a used Taurus advertised. I called this morning and spoke to «Shawnette.» She said the car was available and suggested I make an appointment to come see it. She said she could give me at least a $ 250 discount for finding it online. I make an appointment for 6 pm same day. Leave my office in NYC two hours early, pick up my kid (car is for her) get there at 545. Shawnette is not there. Manager on duty passes us off to Barry. Barry says with no remorse car was sold yesterday. I explain what happened. Ask to see inventory list; perhaps there’s another car on the lot and perhaps they’ll make up for their screw up. Barry refuses to show me an inventory list. Seems like selling me a car would cost him money instead of put some in his pocket. On our way our I share my dissatisfaction with Marc the Manager. At least he seemed interested in helping, asking if there’s perhaps another car that would work. I told him based on Barry’s assessment there was not and left. I’m a commissioned salesperson. This waste of time cost me two hours of productive work time and $ 5 in gas, not to mention two hours from my day. The lack of competence I experienced was palpable. Never again.

I’ve been contacted by Jen Miller with regard to our experience at Maplecrest. She made no excuses for what happened and said there was no justification for what we had to deal with there and after — in other words, taking full responsibility for what should never have happened. Jen has assured me that my review is being taken seriously and that the issues raised are being addressed, and I feel very comfortable with her apologies and assurances that changes for the better are in the works; I hope that the promises of those improvements will be kept and can be reflected in future reviews by those who will benefit from them.

Brought a fully loaded Lincoln MKZ last summer. Had a great experience with salesman Billy Ecke. Was so pleased, I went back to lease a 2014 ford explorer and got the best lease price right away. Went to a few other ford dealers to check before leasing here, the others were way too high with price. Maplecrest would rather make the deal than see you leave, unlike other dealerships. My mom even leased a ford escape after from them after I told her how great they are. And she had been paying too much at another ford dealer for years. Bottom line is go here to lease or buy a ford or lincoln. When you walk in the door, you’ll see why right away. Beautiful dealership, nice people, and professionalism all around. It doesn’t get any better!

I went to this Ford in 2011 looking to buy a Fusion Hybrid. I told the salesman the price I was willing to pay, based on the price that I got on Edmund’s and the price I found on their website, which were about 8% below sticker.
The salesman told me that he could not budge AT ALL from the sticker price because the tsunami in Japan and lack of battery supply made this such a hoootttt deal and it was in extremely high demand.
I went to another dealership (Ed Carney Ford) and told the salesman the same price, and had completed my purchase of the car at that price roughly 40 minutes after I’d walked in the door. A week later Ford Maplecrest called me to ask if I was still interested in the car. lol. Guess it wasn’t in THAT high demand after all.
