Do not use this company if you are looking for property management, unless you want to do all the work you are paying them to do. I own a four-​plex in Los Angeles and despite reading some negative reviews of the company on Unilocal,which were mostly tenant reviews, I hired them. Over the next few months, they really didn’t follow through on the things I’d indicted were very important to me (like having two resistant tenants with «unauthorized» pets pay a pet deposit, pretty simple). I had to continue to call the office and was told each time that they would take care of it, but there was no follow through. They posted 3-​day notices and then never took action. I ended up having to work with the tenants myself, which is exactly why I hired a property management company.
There were many incidents like this so when I finally complained three months later in a mildly whiny email, the owner, Shandra, immediately terminated my contract! I was totally shocked. Since I was out of town at the time, they continued to collect the rent for the next month. On my next statement (which took three calls to get) I noticed one tenant had paid very late for the prior two months. When I spoke to the office manager about it and I asked why the late fee wasn’t on the statement, she replied, «The tenant told me she doesn’t pay a late fee.» When I asked why she never called me to verify, she apologized and told me she should have. At the end of my dealings with them, I requested that I be refunded my deposit plus the $ 100 worth of late fees the office never collected. No response, at all. No phone call, no email, nothing. If they had honored my request, or even responded with some justification, I would not be writing this review.
If you want someone else to deal with the hassles of renting, don’t use this company.

I want to express my pleasure in having rented from All Of Us Enterprises LLC for the past 3 years. It has been a wonderful experience living in Siena Villas located in Valencia, CA.
Chandra, Tara, Cece and the entire office staff were always knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly, and I have to mention how wonderful the On-​Call handy man, Jose, was!

Highly disappointing to do business with this company. They were not organized during my move out. Did not have a check list ready for walk-​through. The office does not return your calls or emails in a timely manner. It takes a week or longer to return a your call/​email. There is not communication between the office manager, the office receptionist and the apartment complex manager. When someone did get back to me, the same questions were asked. No one relayed any of the information discussed so that everyone is on the same page. I still have not received my deposit check yet, today is 9÷24÷12, I moved out on 7÷23÷12. They just say it’s in the mail. California law states that a property company only has 21 days to return your deposit to you. I tried to set up an appt time to do a walk through and no one would return my call or email to do that. The office manager/​owner of the company just showed up on the property «hoping to catch me» to do the walk through. Very bad timing and poor business etiquette. I was on my way to work and had no time to even try to discuss the move out with her. The person who did my walk through was not the regular person who does the walk through. The girl even stated that to me to explain why she did not have a check list to write stuff down during the walk through. She said everything looked good — scary. What does that mean? Is it to standards? Did she just say that to make me not worry? I think that they are shady and have held my deposit money way to long. Very inexperienced and unprofessional employees and company.
