We carry a wide variety of Florida made and orange themed gourmet products for our gift baskets. We deliver some of the most Floridian gift baskets available in the Venice and Nokomis area.

History

Established in 2012.

Shawn & Shawn have a long history in floral design, it was only natural that Ambiguous Orange has evolved in that direction.

What started out to be a Florida orange themed gift store, quickly evolved into a full service florist which has awesome gift baskets. We carry the orange (citrus) theme even into the flowers so every arrangement is a joyful burst of sunshine.

Meet the Business Owner

Shawn H.

Business Owner

Shawn started his floral design career in the 1990’s after a brief post college career as a choreographer and owning his own pottery and tile company. A late comer to floral design, Shawn heavily depended on his art background for design while he learned the mechanics of the trade.

From his training in the Midwest, Shawn went on to work in elite fine florists in Scottsdale, AZ and Santa Monica, CA before co-​owning a shop in West Hollywood.

Shawn and his partner Shawn co-​owned a retail florist consultation business that led to them owning several floral businesses across the country.

After a couple heart attacks, Shawn and Shawn retired to Venice, Florida and that has resulted in Ambiguous Orange.
