I went there once and had an OUTSTANDING massage. Truly fabulous. Pricey, yes, but I was in pain and she made it go away. Then again, I could go to Burke Williams, pay the same price, and get all their spa services(jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, etc) for the same cost. That said, I enjoyed my massage a lot and I’ve tried to go back four times now. Every time I call nobody answers. Each time, I try calling multiple times, and nobody ever picks up. It’s been annoying in the past, but as this is now the fourth time they’ve failed, I’m saving myself the frustration and going somewhere else. So, 5 stars for massage, 1 star for service, 3 stars for price.
