Bruno’s

After recently moving to LA, I needed to find a place that carried my dog’s brand of food. I went to the brand’s website, and searched by zip code. Bruno’s came up as having it. I went to Bruno’s with my pooch, and we were so kindly welcomed by a cute dog and a worker. When I told him what I was looking for, he informed me that they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for because it wasn’t as common of a food, but that he could help me find something similar and more common if I felt comfortable switching foods. He went through the trouble of pulling up my dog’s food, looking at all of its ingredients, and finding a food in his store that contained the same ingredients. He showed me a couple of different options & told me what was different about each, along with their «pros» and «cons” – for instance, he would point out that the kibble of one brand might be too big for my dog to chew. I really appreciated his help & how much he cared about finding something for my dog’s needs! I will be back.

I love Bruno’s! I love smaller shops over big giants and Bruno’s has allot of natural options to choose from. This is my new go to shop for my dog from now on!!!

I absolutely love Bruno’s. From the minute I stepped into the store, I knew this would be our go-​to spot for all of our puppy needs! I’m a new puppy owner and easy to feel overwhelmed but Cody helped me with everything from the most natural and healthy food to fun teething toys to the safest beds and carriers (the sleepypod!!). They have the most adorable puppy clothes too! Cody thanks for helping me with the whole process. Can’t wait to come back and find more things to spoil my puppy with!

Bruno’s is the best!!! Nicest staff who truly care. I buy everything for my boxer here and he loves coming with me. I hope this place stays in business. Go here instead of lame big chains!

Every time I walk through the doors at Bruno’s, I’m made to feel like I’m the most important person in the world. They truly care about your four legged family members and only want the best for them.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pet care needs. And to be honest, there is no need to… they deliver!!!

This is the best pet store because they have the best selection of healthy food and fun pet accessories, but mostly because the owners are so friendly and passionate about what they do!

It’s rare that I write a review for a business that I had a bad experience at but I’m so disappointed with the lack of professionalism that I feel I must speak my mind. I purchased a few toys for my 9 month old cavalier last week from Bruno. Day 2 of having these new toys my dog ripped one of them up. I took the toy back to Bruno looking to return or exchange the toy. What does the worker say you may ask? «Well thats what dogs do.» Yes, this may be true but did you need to be so confrontational about the situation? No. Would you possibly take a tiny bit of interest in what your customers think? Maybe, just maybe, you might make a one time sacrifice to procure a long term, loyal customer. Do you not stand by your products or do you just not care about your customers? Mind you, I was planning on making your store my go to for all of my pet products but after this experience, no way.

They really put thought into the quality products they carry. Really nice and knowledgable staff. Highly recommend checking it out. They even carry V-​dog!

This store is pretty darn great. The selection of collars is awesome as well as the quality of food brands. The owner was patient and let me try on tons of collars on my dogs until I found the perfect one. They sell Orijen which I feed my dogs and they deliver! Go here! You won’t be disappointed. I will continue to drive out of my way to come here. (And visit Luther of course)

This place is great! They have awesome customer service and very understanding employees! I would like to especial thank Cody for all the help he has provided me with all my questions and getting the best deals!
Also if you are questioning how it would be getting your pet food delivered. Let me tell you this… It is awesome and extremely convenient, do it!

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, great products, the staff is the best. They even watched my dog while I went into the urgent clinic next door to get a rash (that my new pup gave me) looked at. It’s nice to know there’s a great pet store within walking distance!

By far one of the best pet shops I’ve ever been to! Cody helped us pick out a new collar for Chihuahua and literally took every single one off the wall and helped us try them all on. After we found the collar that we like which was awesome i might add… he even took her old dog tags off and put them on her new collar, never in my life have I seen such great service at a pet store, you earned a customer for life.

Love the store, amazingly helpful staff and the cutest shop pets to boot. Our dogs loved the food selection we brought home.

Love this place! They have helped me find new food for my monkey Raider! And every time we go he gets treats! The owners are super awesome and very sweet. All the workers know and research what they sell.

Brunos is an amazing Pet Store. Kudos to Cody for pulling together such a wonderful experience. From the minute you enter the store, you will feel the passion for pets! I recently brought home an english bulldog puppy and entered Bruno’s for the first time. I live in the neighborhood. They have grain free food for dogs, and the experience and knowledge of the store manager in food distribution allows him to make qualified and invaluable recommendations. They are full of helpful suggestions. ALSO, they support local animal rescue services! I managed to donate a dog stroller to a rescue service through their help and direction.
If you live in the neighborhood, there is NO NEED TO GET INTO YOU CAR AND DRIVE TO PETCO! Just walk over and meet these folks… enjoy a dialogue based on common interests – your pet! AND, the best part — they will deliver to your home!

Bruno’s is awesome. They deliver food, and have even offered to deliver a tag I ordered! They always remember my dog and I, and are accommodating and pleasant in every way. I found myself raving about how great they are to my boyfriend the other night, and thought: why not tell Unilocalers/​someone who cares! It’s sort of a small boutique shop, so they’re not going to have every product in the world like one of those pet supermarket stores, but what they keep in the shop is great quality.

What an excellent shop! The owners here are very passionate about bringing quality brands to pets and their owners. Pro tip, ask about their delivery services.
