Took in a comforter and two shams for dry cleaning. The clerk didn’t see the shams and didn’t count them on the order. She said they didn’t exist when the cleaning was pick up. After some discussion she looked around and found them in the bottom of a bin with a lot of other cleaning they must have lost track of! This may be the most disorganized dry cleaner I’ve ever been in. Several piles of dirty laundry were left on the customer counter. The front doors are wide open. You have to wonder what tropical critters are crawling into the bins of unsorted items waiting to be picked up! I will find another cleaner!

We will never go back! My boyfriend took my dress there – they destroyed some of the bead work but never cleaned the spot on the dress. Today he went to pick up my daughter’s Army uniform, they had cleaned the pants but «forgot» to clean the shirt! No apology, no offer of discount. Go ANYWHERE else!!!
