Very unprofessional. We had them come out on September 21, 2015 to give us a quote for pebble tec and new tile on the pool, new pool equipment, heater, pump, salt system, etc., pavers and possibly an in ground spa. It is now December 2nd and we are still waiting for out quote. I called and the sales person returned my call and left a message saying it was going on the managers desk to be approved. He also said that they would not be the cheapest quote. Not sure why he felt the need to tell us this. I saved this message so that when I do get to talk to the manager, I will play the message for him. Maybe the need to hire new help. We will not be using Indigo Pools or recommend them to others.
