These place shouldn’t be open is a scam people don’t go to these I sat down for a hour and when they finally call me they pull you in the the room and told me that they were goin to charge me 160 and when they told me at the beginning that it was goin to cost me 40 if you want a legit place go down the street to ECMM 13 347 Washington blvd Venice ca. 4minutes from there is only 40 dollars for a whole year trust me or go somewhere else these place is a scam

The service was okay… it sucks to be waiting so long if the doc only has to see you for a couple of minutes. If you are a local there are way cheaper places to get a rec. I will be going to one of the more reasonably priced clinics for my renewal.

Bordering on scam artist. As I sat in the waiting area made of fold up chairs outside a hole in the wall, I asked people sitting next to me what they paid. I heard prices as high as 170 for a couple months. Others were as low as 40 for a year. When I raised an issue with them regarding a bait and switch and dishonest pricing, they tried to ignore me and get me out of there asap. When I simply asked for a refund they said NO. The documentation provided to me was messy, wrinkled, and had several conflicting vital pieces of information.
I suppose in hindsight I should have seen it coming. They are a hole in the wall on the strip. They are not a reliable place you can trust.
RUN, AND NEVER RETURN.
