She has studied Pilates and Yoga and has a strong understanding of how the body works together as a whole. She loves to incorporate Corrective Exercises, addressing specific muscle weaknesses and focusing on mobility and range of motion with all her clients, making sure their bodies function optimally and dong JUST look good. However, looking good is a great side effect of optimal health. She also uses Joint Distraction, Kettle bell work, Cross fit ideas, Metabolic Resistance Training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding and intense core work in her training session, always employing what best fits her clients needs and desires. She is a big believer that optimal health starts with what you eat and is always ready and willing to what it takes to help you get your health on track.

She specializes in honing in on individuals needs to reach THEIR goals, whether its getting leaner, putting on muscle or just wanting to feel better. With a Culinary Degree and a back ground in powerlifting, bodybuilding, dance, yoga, pilates, cooking, nutrition, Figure skating and running, Michelle is able to help you achieve the body, strength and wellness you desire.
