Business Owner

Stephanie has lived on the Gulf of Mexico shores since 1981. She has experienced first hand the Best Gulf Beach Communities from Cedar Key to Boca Grande, all the while raising her family (to include two sons in the US Army Special Forces) and developing her career as a Nationally Board Certified Special Education Teacher. Stephanie, her husband John of 39 years, and her sons all have reaped the benefits that the Florida beaches and shorelines have to offer, temperate sub-​tropical climate, lush landscape, pristine white sand beaches, aqua-​clear year round warm water and the best sunsets Florida has to offer.

Today, looking at retirement from teaching, she wishes to offer the ability for others to also enjoy the Florida Gulf-​Coast lifestyle of ‘Fun in the Sun’ by providing Vacation Home Seasonal Rentals. Her 1^st Vacation Rental is located just 3 minutes from Manasota Beach in Southwest Florida, and adjacent to the «Best Little City in Florida», Venice.
