Established in 2004.
Phillips Contracting, Inc., founded in 2004 by Steve Phillips, began as just one man in home construction. Following the burst of the real estate bubble, PCI became one of the few contracting companies accepted as a vendor for Fannie Mae to renovate foreclosed properties. The company has now grown to be a leader in the REO market, as well as commercial/residential construction, restoration, and preservation. Headquartered in Venice, Florida, PCI completes restoration work across the state of Florida.
