THE-BEST-BOUTIQUE-ON-THE-PLANET! I stop at Princi once a month to see their treats. Overall best, well-rounded selection of everything you need– jewelry, shoes, lingerie, casual jeans & tees, and fancy frocks. The hat and vintage purse selection always deliver! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unique and fine crafted items. Plenty of statement pieces to enhance my already extensive wardrobe.

I hate to «showroom» but unfortunately that is exactly what I did, due to the lack of service at this store. They can’t even murmur a hello. While browsing I found a cute L Space monokini, so I purchased it through Amazon for $ 10 less instead of supporting my local business. It’s not the discount that I was after but I just don’t patronize shops that don’t care about service. Why bother!

Love this store. Employees are helpful with out being pushy. Ended up buying a dress that was recommended to me by the sales girl(and it was on sale!) I drive from BH just to shop here. I love that it has a mix in price range and the style of clothes is always on point. Definitely check it out!!!

If Burning Man, Bonnaroo and Las Vegas did the dirty, their baby would be dressed in Principessa. Some pieces are flashy, sequiny, feathery, and leathery, while others are flowy and floral print. One of the mannequins in the window right now is wearing this really sweet white vest printed with silhouettes of zebras and giraffes; only $ 60, which is pretty low for an Abbot Kinney boutique. This store is on point if you want to live a colorful life, but not the place you would go to scope out interview wear.

I love this store!!! What a wonderfully diverse selection of merchandise and a very helpful sales staff. I got a fantastic 4th of July bathing suit from Private Arts there and got so many compliments all weekend long! I can’t wait to save up some more $$$ and shop til I drop there. #VeryChic

Stumbled into Principessa my first time on Abbot Kinney. The store has adorable clothes ranging from totally affordable to a bit pricey. I found several dresses that I instantly loved. As far as selection, they get 5 stars. Maybe it’s my southern roots but I found the customer service to be lacking. No one went out of their way to ask how I was or if I needed help, even when I was trying things on. Somewhat snooty. However, the dresses I found made up for their poor customer service. They have a selection I do not find in Dallas so I will be back.

I heard about Principessa from a friend who follows them on IG, so I started following as well for a couple months before I actually was able to step foot into their store. I had been looking for an inexpensive, but perfect dress for my boho desert wedding, which was my initial inspiration to take a visit. First impression was that the store had a lot to offer and several items that I fell in love with. I found a couple dresses that I ended up trying on. One of which I did buy and super happy with. Along with a really cute Indah bathing suite. Although, I found what I was looking for, I didn’t feel very welcomed. The woman who helped me in the dressing room didn’t go out of her way to make conversation with me and when I told her I was in search of my wedding dress, she gave me an awkward grin and un-excited«oh, nice». Congratulate me, tell me I look beautiful in your dress… Or even«act» like you’re interested for crying out loud! I was very disappointed(to say the least) and personally feel customer service should be priority above all. Although, I love the items they carry, I will most likely not go back and rather, shop where I feel welcome.

I always struggle with reviewing clothing boutiques because style is so personal… so I’m stuck judging ambiance, customer service and pricing(risky territory). They had some truly darling pieces, including a yellow cutout dress that was reasonable but not *easy* at $ 45. I’m still thinking about it, which probably means I’ll break down after another week or so and drive down to Venice to snag it – though knowing my luck, it’ll have sold out by then. I felt like the pricing was relatively fair across the board, and they had a mishmash of items that was consistently stylish and of-the-moment. Still, very Venice with that Bohemian, eclectic lean.

I found the salesperson very friendly. I came into this place because of the beautiful beaded hand bags I saw in the window. I will have to see if I can get my husband to buy me one of these gorgeous bags. The clothes, while very nice, weren’t my style; it was the accessories including the feather earrings that caught my eye.

This place has those items you need in life you don’t realize you need in life. I found a dress and duster from here and priced really reasonably. They do have items with a price tag of a couple hundred dollars too, but they have dresses in the $ 40ish dollar range as well. It was hard passing up some of the designer stuff that were marked almost 50% off. They even have a good spread of House of Harlow jewelry which I love and can never find in stores and seemed to be priced a little lower than normal. BONUS! I know what people mean when they say customer service can be iffy, I sort of felt that way when I initially walked in, but after a few minutes I got over it and they were overall nice to me, even when I asked to try on a bunch of pieces of jewelry. Really cute store and any time I’m ever on Abbot Kinney, I’ll definitely come back!

Long leopard transparent dress + vintage fur shawl = under $ 250 = TRUELOVE. That was the equation of my first visit. If the shoe fits, but it in every color. And that’s what I plan to do with the clothing at Principessa. xx MB

Walked out of there this morning with a Rebecca Minkoff Hunter satchel that was $ 620, and only paid $ 155 for it! Steal of the YEAR. Love their sale section!

Sometimes I have to avoid walking past this store because the urge to walk in and buy stuff is too hard to fight! On one visit I fell in love with a $ 42 dress… and $ 220 scarf. Wide range of prices, so be sure to check tags, but I like that there is the variety. Everything is super cute and the sales people have always been friendly… I need to stop in and try stuff on without my dog next time, they have curtains for the doors of the dressing room and he kept parting mine while I was in it! I also like that they have a variety of styles, from casual skirts, to cutesy dresses, business appropriate wear and party, or clubbing attire as well. I would definitely recommend stopping in and browsing.

Principessa and Skylark are my go-to AK stores. Principessa is awesome for a number of reasons. My list: — Awesome hammered silver/gold jewelry by a local girl. Can’t remember her name, but the tiny rings, bracelets and earrings are the best. — Great summer scarves. Expensive but so pretty. — Prices vary greatly. This makes for a fun game of «guess the price» while you are shopping. — It’s connected to Vamp, if you need to buy something cute on the cheap. — It always has so much cute stuff. I’ve never left empty handed. — Great jeans selection. I could go on and on.

Do you LOVE a range of clothing at a range of prices? If so, then this is the place for you. I was first drawn into Principessa by the racks of dresses located in the second room. I found a bargain bin, and was curiously digging through it and found a few things to try on. There is something for everyone here. Lots of cute clothes ladies, so be sure to stop on in. Also, the staff was very friendly.
