My boyfriend went in and got me the wrong size sandals. 3 sizes too small. I came back and asked to exchange and she refused. She refused because i wore them from the edge of the sand across the boardwalk for less than 2 minutes. So much for a fair trade. Her shop is dirty too and she forces her 10 year old to manage it.

The cutest sandals. Cheap for such trendy shoes.
Except I have one complaint: I went to Rosa’s Sandals because they carry my size. I walked in and immediately found a couple pairs I wanted. However, only one of the two pairs came in my size. It happened to be the pair I preferred. I bought the other pair, and THEN the woman informed me that Rosa owns several shoe boutiques along the Venice promenade, and they might have my size in the other style… I wanted to be like «HEY YOU SNEAKY [insert insulting word here] — You could have told me that BEFORE I bought $ 25 sandals from you.» So I went to one of the other ones, and sure enough, they had my size. But hey, they’re both cute.
