I walked into this place after checking out a few other tattoo shops on the boardwalk first… I finally settled on this place because the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the pricing was much more reasonable then another quote I had gotten. I got a simple tattoo of a heart with my wifes name on a scroll on my chest. I must say he did an awesome job, and he took his time putting in those little extra details like small tears in the scroll… I’m extremely happy with my tattoo, I would definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Jay DeAnda is a great artist! He did a matching piece on my best friend’s back and on my foot, we’re are both very pleased. It was a great experience and he was fun to be around for the better part of the day and into the night. He took his time and made sure we were both getting what we asked him for with our picture. I can not wait for him to put his hands on me again! Plus you can’t beat the location. Thanks Jay!

These may well be very talented artists, but they are very elegant and unhelpful when you first walk into the shop. They act as if they don’t need your business or your money. I realize they deal with silly tourist day in and day out, but their total lack of interest in my customer experience was a total turn off. Just sayin…

I got a dermal(surface) piercing here about a month ago. spur of the moment kind of thing along the boardwalk with a friend(i’m not from the area). the piercer seemed like a nice guy, very easy to talk to and put me at ease. i probably should have done a little more research about the type of piercing i was asking for(reasonably priced at 60 $) but again, i just wanted to go for it. the piercer was great at what he did. quick and relatively painless, just where i wanted it etc etc. but just today, as i brushed up against something, the base pretty much fell apart. i just had to pay another piercing place back home to remove the bottom of the base(it took 30 minutes). the top«female end» that was originally attached to the abnormally large base plate just came off in a disturbingly clean fashion. bottom line: initially great place with an experienced person but absolute SHIT for jewelry. i would recommend paying an additional 20 $ somewhere else to get some quality stuff. i’m stuck with a ¼″ scar now and nothing to show for it.
